Protein can be from the different food products like grains, nuts, eggs, etc…and I’m sure those are the foods Robert has and eats too. He’s obviously very healthy! Working hard from dawn to dark under sun and rain, walking from forest to market, compared to people who claim to eat “protein” sitting at home typing on Ipad, IPhone like you and me. 😉😆

There's rain, to grow your crops. plus the 🌞🌞🌞 Sun. How I wish I have a farm like yours. With fertile soil. No need to buy, fertilizer. It so nice, to go around your place, plenty of Papayas, heart of the Banana, Banana itself. Plus Taro veggies. Everyday you have something to harvest. 👍 Right? Bamboo shoot ohm! Yummy. . You will never go hungry. Feel sad, go to the water falls and on the river. You can even play with the water on the river. But one thing I can say, the water is too cold. You can enjoy, hunting the crabs for a change. . Yes! Peanut too. Fresh from the farm. When you sad or lonely, , you can look at your piggery and smile. They grow each day..the piggery, birds and plus the chicken that lies the eggs with chicks on the nest. Plenty foods to eat. Keep up the good work. I'm from the Philippines. An elders. Hi Robert, am trying to watch all your shows starting from the beginning. Your old house is nice too. Why don't you also build a sleeping quarters on the top, your storage space where you sleep now and cooking area outside. Your chicken too has a lot of flesh like the ones sold in our supermarket. Your dog is so well mannered. Here, our dog is so cheeky, as soon as we place food on the ground, when we turn our back, the food is gone. Anyway, your show is very educational and inspiring.
