the muscle devil scene is a scene pivotal to denjis character and the entire story. It shows him and the rest of the people reading that no one is to be trusted, not even a little girl, and it sets the tone of the entire series.
Hybrirds like Denji are immortal, we know this because of Denji being unkillable, and Makima's only way to defeat him was to break his deal with Pochita. Also, Quanxi returns from her head after her encounter with the Darkness Devil and Reze destroying her own body in pieces and returning from each of those pieces at any moment.
kobeni's contract is most definitely the knife devil since she seems to obtain knifes from out of thin air in both the hotel and katanas first fight! old man kishibe also had a contract with that devil, stated by one of quan xi's girls. so it is available for public safety members to do contracts with. the ability is being able to summon a knife in the persons hand but it has to be out of sight (like when kishibe first met power and denji, he put his hand inside his coat and summoned a knife, or how kobeni obtained 2 DIFFERENT knives inside the hotel or one before fighting katana)
I would even go further to say the knife devil gives them supernatural Reflexes and agility. Both Kobeni and Kishibe are somehow extremely fast, precise and untouchable. I dont think you need a contract with a devil to have a simple knife and use it. Thats why Kobeni and Kishibe are going toe to toe and even overpowering Hybrids as if its nothing.
The hybrid devils probably won't come back but they are certainly alive. I mean, all hybrids are immortals even if under Makima's control. It's possible that we'll meet someone that were introduced in part 1 but we've never seen before

I think Kobeni has a contract with the knife devil, because in the international assassins arc, I think was a panel where the devil contracts of three characters were exposed and if I remember right Kishebe wasn't in said panel, though I could be wrong.
The anime is such a great and well made adaptation of the manga. I love the manga and when I finally watched the anime it honestly boosted my love and appreciation of CSM in general, I highly enjoyed it. The manga has always felt so unique in its presentation and storytelling compared to most other manga and I feel the anime rolling with that was a no brainer. This is coming from someone who's read the manga through twice so I just don't get the hate the anime gets sometimes, at least with the Japanese fans.
A bit of a mistake during the Nikke section - players got the alternate coatless skin for free, so long as they pulled makima as a character in the gacha. This is because the thing that gets you in the door with Nikke is the anime boobs and butts, and Makima has had something of a fanbase (WOOF WOOF) since before part 1 ended, so it makes sense. The gameplay, story and music of the game is not bad at all btw
Who would be scared of quickness? I mean if he means by quick hands in a fight, I meannn I would be pretty scared if someone was preforming right hooks every split second buttttttt.
I don’t think we will get more than part 2 I feel like he usually writes shorter stories and it seems like he is running out of ideas already in part 2 imo. But maybe my mind will be changed once part 2 actually finishes
