- Hi everyone! In today's tutorial, I'll show you how to make a very whimsical and pretty hand knotted Boho-style necklace, plus a quick and easy beaded choker necklace to match. Thank you for all of your time and energy sharing your beautiful projects. I would love love it if, when you do an unboxing, you go thru the process of taking the beads etc. and deciding how to use them. That creative process. I have loads of beads and have watched tons of videos. I am deeply grateful for all I’ve learned. You in particular have taught so many wonderful techniques. I am having trouble narrowing down the possibilities. Please let me know if you have a tried and true method that helps you make the necessary choices to at least begin working with the beads etc. In any event, I really enjoy your calm, tranquil approach to doing your jewelry. I always mention you as a wonderful source for learning beading.
Thank you for doing a tutorial using knotting. It is a technique I struggle with but after watching your technique I am confident I can do it. I also struggle with how to use donut beads so I don't have many of them. But you have also given me some ideas there too. It is 4am, I woke up to use the bathroom😆, and now I don't want to go back to bed, I want to get out my beads and start knotting! I have to stop watching you in the middle of the night😆😅🤣😂. Beautiful set, haven’t been around much my beading desire is on a stand still right now. And because of high prices for food and gas ppl aren’t buying jewelry very much right now, and that alone has put a damper on my desires, but this necklace set is beautiful. Tfs ❤😊

Thank you for showing us how to burn and rub up to make a point on the nylon thread. I didn’t know that one. In the past I had a hard time with that thread so I gave up using it. Now I can go back to that type of beading. I just love the combination of colors.

Ohhh, Luisa, your necklace set is sooo adorable! I confess, I love both together best, but they also stand alone quite well! I think what makes the longer one so appealing for me is that sweet little bird you added to the pendant! Brittany, Sam & Rachel really did a fine job curating this month...but it takes an artist (like you) to really bring any collection to life...and I'd say you really hit this one outta the park! Naturally, I enjoyed the wonderful BooBoo hugs at the end...that boy just adores his mum...it's so obvious that he won't let you get too far away from him...absolutely precious! Certainly, I purchased them on Amazon. These are pretty decent but just like all base metals, keep them clean and dry or coat them with a metal protectant such as Permalac so they don’t tarnish. I’ve been keeping an eye on mine and, so far, they’ve been pretty good. a.co/d/53DeghF 🙂
