Recently, it’s come to my attention that both Kabuki and the other ASMR artist have released documents addressing the situation, and I've read through them. First, remember to take everything you read on the internet with a grain of salt. Second, I encourage everyone to do their own research into both sides and come to their own conclusions. Third, and most importantly, please do not harass either of them based on what you've read or heard-both are individuals who deserve respect. Dehumanizing them over this drama only escalates the situation further. From what I’ve gathered, it really seems like a misunderstanding that’s been blown out of proportion. I also can’t help but feel there might be a third party stirring the pot, whether it’s drama-seekers who thrive on conflict or others who just want to watch the world burn. Let's not fall into the trap of parasocial relationships and add fuel to the fire. I'm keeping my previous comment as a way to archive it, but I wanted to add this update after reading the documents from both sides. Also, I apologize for my earlier 'conspiracy brain' comment-it wasn't helpful to the discussion Original Comment:Twitter drama, TDLR: asmrtist claimed that she was getting her channels on UA-cam reported by kabuki's fans (the “evidence” suggests it is like 4 people dming the asmrtist on twitter claiming that kabuki told them to do it, my skepticism is that they not providing screenshots that she did, and that it could be the asmrtists friends acting as kabuki's fans providing false evidence as she did not show names, however this could just be my conspiracy brain go brrr), the second thing was her calling the asmrtist and her wife lesbian lovers and that they are using it clout, part of which was in private dms(apparently saying lesbian lovers is homophobic?), the only thing remotely bad that was actually supported by evidence was that kabuki was talking sh*t in dms to another vtuber about the asmrtist which honestly from the timeline was only started because of a misunderstanding of kabuki believing something to be passive-aggressive, kabuki even sent emails trying to clear up the situation. All in all, this situation just feels like a huge misunderstanding on both ends that ended up being blown out of proportion.
