Your videos are probably the best i've ever seen, 10/10 sleep each time I go to sleep with you playing, but I discovered that the color green helps me sleep, and when I got a green nightlight just to test it out, I did 2 tests. without your videos: 1/10 sleep turned into a 5/10 and with you video went from 8.5/10 to an 11/10. running is tough on the body, especially if u arent used to doing that type of cardio a lot already. consider cycling instead, or just walking longer.
