Her skills are unparrelled. I knew when she said she would see if the Sedem would fit, that she would make it fit, and she did. Of course that bright green will complement the darker plant. Absolutely gorgeous and just think how they will look as they thrive. It will be beautiful. Everything Laura and her mom do is beautiful. It is because they have a very special eye and of course skill. I so enjoy watching both of them. Looks like mom’s yard and garden is coming right along. So special.

10:39 I loved watching the three of you together! My daughter is having a baby girl in a couple of months and I pray the Lord is gracious to us and he allows us to enjoy times like this together. What an amazing blessing. I remember these times with my mom and two daughters at her house. She just enjoyed her home going two months ago. As sad as it was for us, can you imagine the gardens in heaven!!! Anyway, I know you all are so thankful for every moment you get like this. And I’m so looking forward to the day! When Benjamin said, “Papa’s here,” my heart just melted. ❤

What I love about your parents' gardens is they provide beautiful shade, yet are still "light," if that makes sense? Deep shade can be so hard to plant in, yet your parents' gardens have really nice shade which is so cooling, yet there's light shining through and they have some colorful flowers in them. They never seem "dark" and colorless like a woodland deep shade garden sometimes does. I also love the different winding paths and different elevations. It's such a perfect garden imo. And Laura you are so good to your parents. I love the window boxes you did and the killer (still always makes me laugh when Aaron said that) mangave with the lemon sedum is really striking. The sedum definitely shows off the mangave! Well done, and thank you!

It was devastating but I have so many good memories we made together. Helping them out when they needed a helping hand and many laughs around the dinner table and family gatherings. Your mom‘s property is spectacular and the kids running around just makes it feel like it’s a public park and what you plant it up near the pool is breathtaking. I have to say the shade containers- tall are gonna have thin them out cuz those tuber begonias will get huge and they are just stunning with their huge blooms as well. Also they can be wintered over! I love mine as much and they are just perfect for shade.

Love videos w/ your mom. The urns are absolutely gorgeous! The sedum really makes it pop! I am a personal assistant for a retired executive that has Lewy Body Dementia. I maintain some urns for him, changing out the plants for every season. It makes him SO happy... it's those little things...
