Thank you!! The best way to push yourself and try improve your running ability is to go for a run 4-5 times a week and aim for 5k each run. Make sure your rest days aren't back to back either as this can hinder your process. It's important to stretch as well after every run. i've done a mobility stretch video if you would like to take some ideas from it too. After a few weeks you should see major time and stamina improvements. Hope this helps :)
Nearly all of your situps would not be counted Why ? Your shoulder touched the mat , only the bottom of your shoulder blade is to hit the mat on the way down
Great point, we can all agree most coach potatoes could past this test… Pull-ups should be added to the test, and a 25m swim… Leaving Cert and Junior Cert requirements should also be dropped for civilians applying for general enlistment in the infantry… 😃👍🏻🇮🇪
Any tips on the 2.4km run I’m only getting 2.2km in 11:50 which would fail any tips to get a faster pace I’ve got it in 2 weeks
Cool vid man you crushed it for no practice. Any tips on how to improve for the running test. I've to do it next month

Wow that much fitness could kill you 😂
Na it was chill, only felt a bit dead after it haha
You could actually do double the amount of sit ups and push ups 😂
Is this because you want to join the army or is it just to test yourself?
It’s literally just to test myself to see if I’m able to do what’s needed to get in, I’m not gonna join anytime soon though hahaha
