Nice video, really helpfull. Is it possible to create a macro for adding a marker track with for instance 16 cyclemarkers of 4 bars in length with different colors after each other?

For inserting markers you could possibly achieve this by building a Macro in the Key Commands window. The difficult part would be ensuring the previous markers are selected correctly before applying the colour. I'll have a play around with a cycle marker version. But off the top of my head you could try;
Marker - Insert Position on Selected Track
Transport - Nudge +1 Bar
Transport - Nudge +1 Bar
Transport - Nudge +1 Bar
Transport - Nudge +1 Bar
Then repeat the process 16 times by adding the commands:
Marker - Insert Position on Selected Track
Transport - Nudge +1 Bar
Transport - Nudge +1 Bar
Transport - Nudge +1 Bar
Transport - Nudge +1 Bar
Marker - Insert Position on Selected Track
Transport - Nudge +1 Bar
Transport - Nudge +1 Bar
Transport - Nudge +1 Bar
Transport - Nudge +1 Bar
etc...
Then when you run the Macro it'll create a marker and nude the cursor 4 bars to before inserting the next.
