The first time I used the 'flatten chain' function in the arranger track I noticed that I got shared copies. It reminded me of the old 'ghost part' option to save memory from my Atari days. It made sense as to why it would do this when extracting arranger sections, but It took me ages to find out how to remove the behaviour to edit each track afterwards. I could have done with this video at the time six years ago! Incidentally, I see those symbols as 'equal signs', but your description of 'hamburgers' is more apt, given that it can a meal out of a simple task 🤣
