    Thank you Robina. I’m going over this with my young children. I’m trying to show them how to catch those emotions as you see them. Don’t hide from them. See them know them and go about your business without letting them change you

    How very true. I have practiced observing when I wake up and have anxious thoughts about the future, to step into the third person and observe the thoughts, then to accept the thoughts for showing up, then to replace them as much as possible with better outcomes for the things I am afraid may happen in 'the future' and then I notice my tension & anxiety reduce and sometimes completely disappear because I have my wild mind 'under control' in that moment. Thankyou - I continue to practise!
