Vajrasattva Purification
Teaching with Venerable Robina Courtin on Vajrasattva purification and the four opponent powers, (video starts at the explanation of the third opponent power, the remedy), and includes teaching on antidotes, visualisation, mantra, mind and wind energies, faith, the way karma ripens.
Venerable Robina leads a short Vajrasattva purification meditation starting with an explanation of the position for meditation, then the four opponent powers of Regret, Reliance, Remedy, and Resolve.
It's your mind that creates negativity, so it's the strength of your mind that creates positivity that purifies it. We are the creators of the universe. The vast majority of all sentient beings on this planet have absolutely no idea that what goes on in their mind plays any role at all in their lives. Rejoice in your good qualities and never give up.
Questions include fear and hesitancy, practising correctly, internalised anger, purifying daily actions versus our whole lives actions, eating meat and regretting things but not willing to change, latent anger and how to deal with it.
