If you wanted to know real pain, take out the base Italian helicopter. At 8.0, you get 2 7.62 miniguns that aren't really useful for anything, and 14 rockets that launch in pairs and do hardly anything. No missles, atgm's, that sorta thing. Ngl, I pretty much hate the thing at this point. Love your vid tho

was my first heli too and the rockets have the worse accuracy in the entire game

It might be possible to increase the range of those missiles using gravity. The question is whether those missiles are hard coded to fail after 2km by the game or whether they simply run out of fuel after 2km but can still glide.
If it is the latter then it may be possible to sit 6km up and guide the missile in via gliding, sort of like bomb tossing but more accurate.

@@Oddball_E8 I used to be a crewman in a tank destroyer which used a TOW. The wire was 3km long but the max effective combat range was at 2.7-ish km in reality (at least that's what we were thought).

What an odd timing of video, just yesterday I was playing my TURMS and this helicopter shot it’s middle at me and I remember literally waiting so long for the middle to hit me, I didn’t even shoot at it l
One of the first time I played this an Object 120 sniper me with 152mm APDS from like 1.5km.
I've been playing a similar lineup for the past couple weeks, and I love when I'm in the chopper and I get sniped by a BMP that can hit me from three kilometers away. It truly is the most balanced rotary winged vehicle.
Correction: You got sniped by a BMP that can hit you from 10km away. Source: I'm a BMP-2M player. (Isn't that heli spawn on Sands of Sinai really messed up though? I can literally shoot you as you spawn and Gaijin thinks this is fine, there is a reason I've yet to spade any of my helicopters.) On a side note, it takes ~30 seconds for the BMP's missile to go that far, so if you see it coming at least you have a good amount of time to get behind cover.

Lol this helicopter looks like target practice for the enemy team. 2km Max range (read in range of everyone) & you have to sit up in the open guiding the missile in (hay everyone shoot me)

I feel like you're forgetting the Type 60 ATM with its 85m/s missiles (190mph) and 1.8KM firing range... and only 6 missiles... and 12s dual-salvo reload... and, well, you know the rest...
Its (now) at 6.7 tho and not sitting up in the air for all to see so it actuAlLy has it significantly better.
