- Following years of negotiation with what seemed to be an ever increasing number of heritage, environmental and planning authorities permission was finally granted for the installation of an Archimedes Screw diven turbine generator at an 16th Century Water Mill. Standing on the banks of the river Thames at Mapledurham Manor, the mill sits at the foot of the Chiltern Hills in South Oxfordshire, England and is the last remaining working corn and grist mill on the river.

I just read where it was vandalized by some teenagers,no respect for anything these days.
I personally would gladly deal with any and all vandals in the same way as the Saudis do,with a Sword! I don't care who's little boy or girl they might be,it's the Sword and if the parents complain,they get the same Sword.
