How many Kw does it produce since it's installation (I know 12 kw was projected), what is the head and flow? It is grid tied I suspect?
How much did the turbine cost?
Considering the quality of the water i guess they were not concerned with any fish kill off...
The operator should not be that close to the green big think while being lifted. Same with the little house, they should use ropes to handle the lift. the other part, I have no idea what they are doing.
