    One of Haydn’s very best played superbly. Nice. Thanks.

    What a pitty that Haydn himself never heard it this way!!! Heavenly!!

      Haydn’s players at Eszterhaza were very good indeed; he would have heard the quartet played extremely well by professional players at court, and probably in Vienna as well.

    If my business was embarrassing me by doing too well, if I urgently needed to earn it a foul reputation, I would place an advert for it right in the middle of Haydn's most ethereal slow movement. Well done, _SUPERLEARNING_, you've just shot right to the top of the (anagram of 'hits') list.

    This is the first I've heard of this ensemble - clearly all supremely gifted. I had an LP of Op20/4 many years ago. A great early quartet and a great performance. I'll look out for this Polish (?) quartet in the future. Fresh, lively sound from players who enjoy their music. Thank you!

    A wonderful piece of music. Haydn, of course! Beautiful playing, nice camera work and recording. Hats off to all! Thank you for posting.

    Beautiful!! Standing gives much more freedom. This way it shows that each musician has his/her own part to play apart from playing ensemble

    absolutely flawless interpretation. May I ask one question though? In the 1st movement, those 3 tied quarter notes, you seem to be playing some of them up-bow simile and some down-bow sim. Was the distinction in using up vs. down tied to dynamic contrast, or was there something about those phrases that gave you reason to do it differently?
    The reason I ask is my group is working through this one now, and I tend to favor the up-bow sim. as opposed to the down-bow. But I do see some usage for down-bow as well.
    Sorry for the long rambling post. You all absolutely nailed this piece. Bravo!

    One of my most favorite quartets. Thank you so much. Question: Why do you choose to stand instead of sit? Thank you again.

    Great! By why don't they sit down and be comfortable?

    • @doloresgarciadelgado6956
      @doloresgarciadelgado6956 4 роки тому +2

      for viola and violin playing is more confortable to play standing up. Being sit you loose freedom on the bow hand and is less confortable, but to be at the same level of the cello most of chamber music groups choose to play sit :)
