- This is a great video to see how we assemble a Platinum Series Bunker with a 350 ton crane. Ron travels to Poland to install two bunkers at a new shooting range that opening in September 2023. Atlas will now have two bunkers on display at a new shooting range in Western Poland

Good thing he LOOKED at the welds and approved them!
I just want to say Thank You Ron, for all that you do and have done. Bless you and have a wonderful day.
Yes , spray foam is VERY flammable.
The awesome thing about all that sand is you won't have to worry about drainage or water infiltration. It should just flow right away with no issues
That was 16 plus 2 drones Ron! I think I would not paint or otherwise cover the metal within a foot or so of the doors where you plan on welding. That would save some time I think.
Hahaha, I had a good laugh at the "thats 5/16th thick. Thats more than a quarter", since in metric that would be "That's 8 mm thick. That is more than 6 mm". :D
He's reiterating, not explaining.
Metric is only good for rounded off standards.
@@bobbysmith5642imperial is antiquated. Metric is the world standard. Therefore, America is antiquated 😂
@@alandeon The only reason we still use it is to irritate the rest of the world. ;) This new fangled metric stuff is a nightmare when you work on anything. All of the nuts and bolts on a car or equipment are a mixture of metric and standard. You have to have two sets of every wrench and socket. The "metric is only good for rounded off standards" is a well known joke here btw. lol
Steel in the US is gauged by imperial standards. According to his business model, his steel is sourced and assembled within US borders, then shipped to the building site. Metric will be found on his air handlers, etc. which are sourced from other countries that use the metric system.
You got new subscriber and tombs up from Poland guy living in a Boston MA.
Thanks
@AtlasSurvivalShelters
I am looking for baying some property in New Hampshire or Maine and building a couple of homes with bunker under every house, but no banks want to give me any loan yet. Maybe next year.
i do appreciate the time you spend into giving us an inside look on all that you do. the 5 year old me finds it absolutely fascinating. (the 55 year old me wishes i had the money for one, just because)
Love the videos. Thanks for sharing. God bless and stay safe.
Awesome footage. I always enjoy your videos. I'm curious, if the bunker cost $250K, how much to install?
awesome machined bevel and no paint.. at least some one is payin attention
I truly wish I could afford a bunker. Also doesn't help I live on Nantucket, which I imagine makes it impossible to put a bunker in, since it is an island - a small one at that.
welders didn't cause the problem. The designer should understand foam and fire. Don't spray foam you know is flammable.
I would have wanted to find nergal from the band behemoth while I was there.
Thanks for the video, great work going on in downtown Poland :)
There has to be a part two (2) for this one! There just has to be
Wednesday is the second half. Epic finish
@@AtlasSurvivalShelters great I will look forward to it.
Yolo.
Compressed air (or water if you are above ground) on the steel between the weld and foam helps mitigate thermal transfer. I have to do this when welding on handicapped van floors with rubber or carpet glued directly to the other side of the metal. Scary shit. Also, when soldering copper hidden gutters on top of 200+ year old houses... That's even scarier. They ALWAYS smoked while soldering.
Great!
So then , how does one install a bunker in a high water table?
A shallow hole with a mound over the top?
Good luck
I want a bunker that has a decontamination room a plant room a room for creating arrows and cross bows a room for shrimp and craps a room for fur coats for the ice age and a few other things. I think bunkers should have some kind of a foldable drill so you can dig a hole incase the ground destroys your door way you need something that can dig you a new way out. I really need to find my own Apocalypse friends. Please join me help me build a bunker I want to survive with other people .
💪NEXT UP.... TOP G - ROMANIA
350 ton crane! Are you sure???
Why wouldn't he be?
Usually once that urethane insulation catches fire it's about impossible to put out because of the way it off gasses. Me personally I would've sprayed it after installation.
Why foam insulate before welding the shelters?
Their fireman with the extinguisher must have gone to lunch.
Wouldn't a Polish Sausage. Just be a regular sausage in Poland?
Aren't you supposed to do the welding BEFORE the spray foam?
This was the connection in the field. We foam it afterwards
It's a closed space. Submarine rules should apply. Nothing flammable.
I really hope you build us a big bunker for thousands of people to live safely together. Please build a massive one. I really need to meet up with you and talk to you about bunkers please massage me back when you can.
Why the reupload? Saw this video already. Where's part 2?
Wednesday
@@AtlasSurvivalShelters Thank you!
Do the air filters have built in blast valves
Yes
Will you post part 2 tonight?
Wednesday
Did i see this video yesterday?
Part two is Wednesday
re upload?....
Yes. UA-cam was not pushing it
@@AtlasSurvivalShelters yeah sometimes youtube doesn't even notify me about your uploads even though i have specifically set it up for all notifications from your channel.
i think youtube doesnt like you for some reason.
Well I guess He won't be getting his Christmas Bonus
No idea how you got two hundred and fifty men to work , you must have another two hundred and fifty so that you get one watching them to ensure they do.
It’s not that’s the cranes not enough his boom was hanging out pretty far which takes away the load capacity
Why cant download the video?
Hi! You hiring in europe ? I’m American with dual citizenship would love to work with your company! If so please advise thanks 🙏🏻 😊
Have you sold any in Vermont ?
Vermont is for lovers. Of course. 🥰
@@AtlasSurvivalShelters lol, that's virginia
Nothing should be painted or treated with anything within two feet of where any welds are to be done . Europe or America. Is is just not cost effective. Once the welds are complete go in and sand (or buff eith wire wheels) prime paint and then insulate if needed.
I thought this was going to be Part 2 Ron ??
It’s coming wednesdayn
@@AtlasSurvivalShelters OK thank you. 👍
The trucks and trailers over there seem dinky compared to the ones we have over here, but they're obviously enough to haul 90k lbs. So I guess looks can be deceiving.
Europeans can do it smaller but of course americans want BIG
@fuzer4047 true. We do tend to make things bigger than necessary. Pickup trucks have gotten ridiculous. Modern "midsize" pickup trucks are bigger than full size trucks were 20 years ago.
they use metric tons which is 11,000 lbs. US.
I'm not able to thumbs up like on this post. UA-cam doesn't want you getting likes.
Whattttt
Yeah, had to hit it a couple of times on mine. Maybe due to it being reuploaded, there was a glitch. Seems to be resolved now.
Bunkers should be galvanised, going to rust away in few years
The original video title was much better and represented exactly what this bunker will be used for. Click bait titles like this are totally unnecessary.
I knew I saw this video under a different name.
Ok I’ll switch it back. UA-cam was shadow banning it for some reason
