- When I decided to try eating only what I catch for 3 days, I thought it would be easy. Just fish and explore and eat all that I can gather for 3 days! How fun, right? What could go wrong? I was not planning on this....

@@CG_SUCCESS The orange was fine. Someone obviously smoked weed out of it, and he only ate the good part. Completely sanitary and not a big deal. If you were in survival you would eat it too. But he wasn't, more of a fun activity, since he had access to shelter, water, a grill, fire, blades, etc.

I watched this video lastnight and didnt even realize it was a few years old! but i love how he mentioned understanding the clarity of prayer and fasting after this. i'm going on day 21 of 31 of my fast and its incredible!
If you normally eat a lot of processed, garbage junk food, the, yes, fasting will bring clarity for the simple reason that you're giving your body a break from eating all of that junk. But if you normally eat a healthy, nutritious diet, then fasting does nothing.

The green coconuts are the one because the insides are very young,very soft to eat and the water is more delicious. When the coconut husk is already brown the meat inside is not already good for eating unlike when its green whoever the juice of the meat is squeezed out and is very good to use in different kinds of cooking. Here in the Philippines its very popular too.
