Altera FPGA AI with Live Traffic and YOLO Detection

Building off the Python prototyping of last time, this live demo will focus on YOLO that identifies multiple objects and locations in the same image. Live video feed will be used to identify the number and locations of vehicles on the road. This will build the foundation to use more complex network outputs instead of a simple classification.
