Nice Video. If you do a 3-man killteam match again I recommend a 6 sided field. After 2 attempts with a regular map where at was miserable for at least 1 player we did a few on a hexmap (with 1.5 times the boardsize. and a scenario someone thought up on reddit.) . With equal distance to both enemies and objectives for all players it felt a lot better.
@@ObsceneSuperMatt I should have clarified that with regular map I meant a rectangle. We did actually use two standard maps (as Open Board also uses 2, not just ITD)

I played a 3 player game where I was basically the meat in the sandwich, and the other 2 players were each a piece of bread. So I only had half a team fighting each other full enemy team. They weren't fighting each other, and the objective I needed to get for my Alpha was all the way across the board from my deployment, in between both of the teams. So even if they weren't both focusing on me, if I had gone for my objective, it would have been even worse. All said it was still very fun, but it was clear to us after that game, that some major adjustments would need to be made to help balance it a bit more in the 3 player games. As you said, a rectangle doesn't work so great for 3 players. Better terrain placement and map design could have also solved this problem.
Pro tip 1:52 You dont need halve first dice so if enemy for example charge you with power weapon with 2 hits and crit and hit you for normal you can w8 and halve his crit :) It was very usefull when I find out :D
Fun battle report, Its great seeing how fun a 3 player game is! One point for Pond's Blooded, blooded tokens last until the oprative is removed from play. The token you gave to the sniper in turn 2 would have lasted the rest of the game and you wouldn't have to give him another in tp3 and 4!

For Into The Dark, the 3 and 4 player games use 2 boards. Keep it a little more spaced.
