The Indian team seems to be specializing in long pips blocking technique. It's a very limiting choice in the long run, but they are having some success lately.

What is success? Relying on your opponent scoring their own goals in soccer?

@@jamessoo4486 you have a history of racist comments against Indian players.
So don't behave like you are trying to make some valid point when all you do is spread negativity.
Stop wasting your time and let the kids enjoy their games.
Maybe don't watch their games if you don't like, but stop spreading hate

I dont know which success are you talking about ... indian team is a cookie cutter every one now think they have to use pips regardless of the low rate of success in the international scenes .

These young girls have very good control on the rally..
Duel with long pips makes you frustated sometimes.
But overall, their performance is very good..

Well played Namrata! This game required tons of stamina, and I loved how you did not play to her strength of forehand smash, kept her in the backhand mostly. Would love to see you come into the attack earlier in the rally esp when the opponent has been cornered.

This kind of style won't go far, like Batra. If playing against the Chinese, like Kuai Man, Namrata stands no chance.

I agree with you, but in this case the cameraman's position would be more centralized in relation to the table. This way there wouldn't be much light reflection on the table.

somehow i always feel long pips blockers are kinda pathetic. for me, its as if you've decided you can't win on a level playing field, so you have to turn everything upside down and completey irrational. sure they're legal, but they ought not be, (i dont think i'll share why due to to complexity of the issue). essentially they're a loophole in the table tennis contract that people exploit in order to succeed. anyway, i always find it sad to see them used they way they were in this match. enjoy your victory tho, i'm sure you truly believe you've earned it!
