Brother what’s the point of having her in the video? If she doesn’t want to be in the video just leave it out of it then. It looks disturbing I’m not gonna lie. Also, if she doesn’t feel comfortable talking, why do you have other women talking freely about intimacy in other videos?

He should teach her sign language and include subtitles. She'll actually come across less disabled that way. But then we'll be able to see her hand gestures and that might corrupt the audience. So I feel the best option would be that she sit in another room and send Morse code signals so we only hear beeps and read subtitles any time it's her turn.

I honestly have a very hard time believing it’s her choice to voice her opinion trough ‘a white board’. They could have used a voice box if she doesn’t want her voice to be known.

Suppose Khalid is my father and Salama is my mother. It is important to respect personal boundaries and avoid discussing sensitive topics, such as someone's parents' relationship, especially on public platforms like social media. Engaging in such discussions can lead to unnecessary speculation and misunderstandings, which can be detrimental to everyone involved.
What is the purpose of having individuals from different locations engage in a formal discussion, specifically referring to one another by name to establish their identities?

Yet you dont have gheerah to all the other sisters who came on your show open faced, made up, hair showing, beauty showing, chit chatting with opposite sex facing each other some of whom married for the whole world (males) to see and admire. We say it as we see it. Not at all from the sunnah. Lot to atone for and unfortunately these episodes are here to stay and be on all participants' accounts.

Bless you both! And I hope you keep this video up, at least as a way to inspire other sisters who may not see the true meaning behind hijab yet. The correct view as indicated by the evidence is that the woman’s face is ‘awrah which must be covered. It is the most tempting part of her body, because what people look at most is the face, so the face is the greatest ‘awrah of a woman. This is in addition to the shar’i evidence which states that it is obligatory to cover the face.
For example, Allah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“And tell the believing women to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private parts (from illegal sexual acts) and not to show off their adornment except only that which is apparent (like both eyes for necessity to see the way, or outer palms of hands or one eye or dress like veil, gloves, headcover, apron), and to draw their veils all over Juyoubihinna (i.e. their bodies, faces, necks and bosoms)…” [al-Nur 24:31]
Drawing the veil all over the juyub implies covering the face.
When Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) was asked about the verse (interpretation of the meaning): “O Prophet! Tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks (veils) all over their bodies.” [al-Ahzab 33:59], he covered his face, leaving only one eye showing. This indicates that what was meant by the verse was covering the face. This was the interpretation of Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) of this verse, as narrated from him by ‘Ubaydah al-Salmani when he asked him about it.
In the Sunnah, there are many ahadith, such as: the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “The women woman in ihram is forbidden to veil her face (wear Niqab) or to wear the burqa’.” This indicates that when women were not in ihram, women used to cover their faces.
This does not mean that if a woman takes off her Niqab or burqa’ in the state of ihram that she should leave her face uncovered in the presence of non-mahram men. Rather she is obliged to cover it with something other than the Niqab or burqa’, on the evidence of the hadith of ‘Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) who said: “We were with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in ihram, and when men passed by us, we would lower the Khimar on our heads over our faces, and when they moved on we would lift it again.”
Women in ihram and otherwise are obliged to cover their faces in front of non-mahram men, because the face is the center of beauty and it is the place that men look at… and Allah knows best.” (Fatawa al-Marah al-Muslimah, 1/396, 397)
      He also said:
“It is OK to cover the face with the Niqab or burqa’ which has two openings for the eyes only, because this was known at the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and because of necessity. If nothing but the eyes show, this is fine, especially if this is customarily worn by women in her society.” (Fatawa al-Marah al-Muslimah, 1/399)

We need to not always assume it's men or women that's in the wrong in each individual case. That said, why their marriage ended in divorce, we don't know. We don't know the dynamics of their marriage. They may even still be married. It's not our business, so this video needs to be deleted.

The stigmas of society and the opinion of people doesn't matter in Islam. It is highly recommended in Islam for a woman to not speak in front of non Mehrams if it's not necessary. It is closer to the taqwa of Allah swt. The wives and daughters of prophet Muhammad pbuh practiced it. Many of the sahabiyat practiced it. It is much closer to piousness for a woman. So we should not try to practice Islam in a way that please the society and people, but we should practice Islam in a way that please Allah swt and which is the way of prophet pbuh.

Prophet pbuh said that when praying in the masjid behind an Imam, if the imam makes a mistake then the men should correct the imam by saying subhanAllah, but if the women wants to correct the imam then they should not say anything but instead they should hit their right hand over the back of their left hand to make a clapping sound, so that when imam will hear it, he will know that he has made a mistake.
So why do you think prophet pbuh didn't allowed the women to not even say subhanAllah in the masjid? Because their are non Mehrams in the masjid. And it is not encouraged for a woman to make her voice audible to non Mehram without necessity.
The wives and daughters of prophet pbuh does not used to speak in front of non Mehrams unnecessarily. This is closer to the taqwa of Allah swt for a woman.

Laknatullah alaiha, someone wife but be in close proximity with other man that is not mahram being face to face like that and two of them talking close like that.
You guys complain about Bitter Truth show, but Salama doing podcast like that is ok?😂

If he "force" this format on other woman on the Bitter Truth Show, the women online will get angry with him because "he is making woman not seen and not heard".
And if any female panels choose to be appear like this, i believe Ali more than happy to accomodate but apparently most eomen now have social media and post their photos and videos daily so to appear in a show that cover awrah is not anything wrong at all and not even seat side by side.

I love 😂 how you protect your wife and go the above and beyond and yet you don’t mind showing other people’s wive’s, sister’s and family women showing their full face, some showing some of their hair, and openly talking about sex in marriage, talking open topics freely about marriage and looking each other in the eye and having a lovely dovely laugh 😂. Props to you. As long as you have your sheikh to give you your fatwah pass your fine. That’s how it is, isn’t it. Just why don’t you let us know who your sheikhs are to keep us well informed so we know 😅 how we can avoid them and you. It’s weird isn’t it, the dawah industry nowadays is so much about politics. If you don’t agree with me sort of a thing then I will name and shame you because I have a powerful UA-cam platform and you have to agree with my UA-cam also popular friends as well. It’s like either you agree with us or it’s the highway because I have a free fatwa pass from my sheikh. What different are you compared to the salafi political brothers? It’s all bully culture and this is the fitnah I see of dawah platforms sadly it had evolved to. There’s no such thing as free discussion nowadays and if I disagree with you, it’s all emotional with you and it’s a bash culture putting people down for disagreeing. With no disrespect to you, REALLY.

It’s her choice to appear that way. He wanted her to be in the video to get a female perspective which is thoughtful of him and he respected her choice to want to appear this way.

I appreciate Brother Ali for raising the question about why men are automatically blamed. In my experience, it's never the brothers' fault. This '70s stereotype of men being abusive has been used heavily recently, and unfortunately, some of our sisters have adopted this view. From my perspective, these sisters seem unhappy and are quick to leave at the slightest difficulty or unhappiness. Nowadays, there's an expectation for brothers to entertain the sister and excel at everything, just because of her existence. There is no reciprocation.

In today's terms, even the mildest criticism of her inappropriate joke is considered abuse. These sisters will cry abuse, using that '70s stereotype against their husbands, because their husband simply told her not to be rude. The majority of the brother are victim of this.

But you can only account for your own experience. I don't blame the male or female. I try to take each individual case. This will help avoid hypocrisy or slander, as every person is different. As for K and S, she spoke on her podcast about her childhood, not divorce, according to people above. It's best to not discuss married people only because it's none of our business. We need to avoid gossip, for Allah may call us to account for it.

And you kinda did the same thing by saying it's never the man's fault. Try to take each case individually and not generalize. Your experience is your own. It's best to avoid narrow mindedness. I have seen brothers who are in the wrong. We got bums in the masjid.
