i still find it so incredible how such a "pop" album like syro is still so weirdly innovative. quoting mic the snare here but aphex twin really didn't need to reinvent the wheel, he just needed to be the wheel for a little bit.. .. ..

Dude, I gotta say, watching you experience all of these Aphex Twin albums has been a blast. One of my favourite artists, and seeing you experience a lot of his songs for the first time is the closest I can come to hearing them for the first time again. I love your honesty. Sometimes your reactions make me laugh out loud cause it’s the same reaction I had when I heard his music. Some of the songs you’ve said you’ll “never listen to again” I guarantee you’ll come across again years later and they’ll kind of do something for you in a weird way lol
as someone who recently got into aphex twin your reaction to aisatsana was exactly the same as mine 😭 "Wait the fucking corecore song?" lmfaooo I had no idea he made that song
damn man, CIRCOLONT6A is my favorite Aphex's song. There are these otherwordly trunks sounds, like someone is draining the air out of organic balloons. It always gives me goosebumps and I feel like my brain is moving when I hear this.
CIRCLONT6A and syro u473t8+e are for sure my favourite tracks on the album. I feel like they need a handful of listens before you can really appreciate them, though.
@@partsmob8663 syro u473t8+e feels like alternative CIRCLONTA, intervals and the structure is generally the same but he transposed it and used differend sounds here and there.

To answer your questions XMAS_EVET is NOT his longest song ever, that goes to the noise track 36 Shroomdot which is over 20 Minutes long, Side Note There is ONE more album of his, its unreleased but it has been confirmed to be official and its called Melodies From Mars. This album was made a bit before the RDJ Album whenever he switched from using Analogue Technology to Digital. Really recommend doing its own video for it. Also im surprised you recognized Aisatsana as corecore and not the infamous QKThr, Aisatsana is his wifes name backwards which is Anastasia.
