You get what you paid for. 2)Cover edges and bottom of your gate with polycarbonate/plastic sheets to prevent from rats entering and roadside dust coming inside your home because you will have slope from parking to road which makes easy for dust to come inside. 3)Spend on interiors rather than exteriors. 4)Tell tiles fitter to cut tiles 45° in corner joint rather than 90° joint , this makes joints look jointess. 5)Plan interior ceiling design with your engineer before RCC itself so that you can avoid expensive false ceiling. 6) Marble sheets are good but fades when natural sunlight false on them.
