Thanks 1tongladiator for this video.. this can help alot of lifted trucks dilemma in fitting our rigs inside.. I want to try it, but worried that I might mess up something. Can you make another video of step by step in where to guide the winch rope.. I know you try to summarize it at the end but was somewhat hard to process with my old age. If you do, it will be a tremendous help.. thank you..
Great Idea with the winch, I would un hook my door from the automatic door opener so it could go up higher and lay flat and removed the top weatherstripping molding from the garage door opening so I could get mine in an out. But whatever works!
Mine actually gets into the header board, so even with removing weather stripping, I was still about an inch too tall! If I ever want to make it truly work easily, I would need to raise header.
hey.. I wonder why you went with the 17 inch version of the Mickey Thompsons and not a 20 inch wheel?.. I want those same tires but I am debating whether to buy 17 inch or 20 inch tires.. Thanks!
I’ve put about 3,000 miles on them, which 1200 miles was from driving down to North Carolina and back…the remainder have mostly been from off-road…they’re definitely a soft “DOT” tire and you won’t get the life of say a Baja Boss A/T…but the performance is what outweighs the life in my opinion.
@@TheBrentHensley thanks , that's what I run now is the Baja boss, excellent mileage, although I live the profile if your tires, the cost/ performance for me wouldn't work, I'm mostly highway with maybe mudding 5 times a yr🤷🤷, thanks for the truth though.👍👍
I love your gladiator. I'm in the process of putting 3.5 metalclock gamchanger on mine but haven't pulled the trigger on shocks so I'm curious about those bilstiens and I' I know I won't fit in my garage either. This is a great solution. Have you had any issues doing this.
I would definitely help ya out on deciding on Bilstein’s! I have had amazing luck with them! Reach out to me on Instagram @1tongladiator and I give you some info. I haven’t had any issues winching but I am super careful to not put too much strain on axle.
@@zerofuckkksgiven8027 but why? Because everyone else is? Evo is not “way” better than MetalCloak. They actually very similar technology when it comes to control arms but MetalCloak uses a practically maintenance free bushing…and after running EVO springs…I’m not thoroughly impressed versus competition…and why King over Bilstein? Without knowing if someone is wanting a basic mono tube, and remote reservoir, bypass, or coilover…that just seems like an uneducated assumption that King is the best 🤷🏻♂️…I’d love an intelligent conversation on why I prefer Bilstein vs King in almost every application.
He has a nice jeep and it sounds like you are jealous. Some people work hard and like to have fun. These jeeps are pure fun. I have gladiator and a tj that I'm working on . But most importantly they allow us to get away from our jobs to decompress.
I appreciate it Aaron. I don’t let much get to me. I know where I started and how hard I had to work to get where I am! This think not only allows that decompression from everyday life but has also proved to be amazing for my family.
One of the BEST Gladiators I’ve ever seen. Great job.
Thank you 🙏🏼
Saw this gladiator with off road and chill .. they bringing this builds to the hispanic community ..
That’s awesome! Luna and Marlon and great!
Great looking Gladiator. I only went with 37's so I can still fit in the garage. One fix for you might be to raise the header at the top of your door.

Great build, I saw it at SMJI, I’m just curious how I can get away with that fender and wheel setup, my tires stick out too far to pass inspection lol
Haha I’m definitely thankful that inspections are not required in Ohio!!
@@TheBrentHensley one good thing about being here! I don’t get to brag on my state too much so I have to get pumped up where I can 😂!
Huh... that was a pretty cool winch trick. Thanks for that.
How many miles have you gotten out of the Mickey Thompson tires, ?? Nice setup 👍

What size and brand lift kit do you have?
Mines not lifted but I still don’t even put it in the garage. Haha
What is the height clearance of garage door and height clearance of the Jeep?
lol for a sweet rig like that I'd sell the house and get a taller garage. Awesome build man!!
Haha Appreciate it!
What's the wheel brand name?
Is that on a 4.5 lift with 43's ?
Where did you get your wrap done ?
It was done at Vivid Wraps in Mason, OH
Idol, what size of your rims? And where did you but it?
Rims are 17x9 and I bought at Highlift Offroad in Cincinnati, OH.
@@TheBrentHensley thanks Idol for quick reply...your KC light and bracket where did you buy it?
@@verlyraevallisor8409 it’s not KC, it’s Rigid Industries. I made it by using 8 of the 6” 360 series lights and used a Road Armor bracket
Thanks Idol for the information...
What’s the name of the roof light bar you got?
The lights are Rigid Industries 6” 360 series…they are mounted on a Road Armor bracket

Put Evo on with King shocks way better the metal cloak

Leave it outside, looks like a pain for the whole family, it’s your toy not there’s!
Buy a accuair sisten will not have the problems
Sorry but thats a small ass garage 😂. I fit 40s and 5inch lift
Go back and video it coming out of the garage. Wasn't that the whole point? Smh
Hey guys look how much money I have.
