    I have spent a while contemplating making this video, rotating between laughing at the ridiculous concept, and contemplating the immensely substantive historical, innovative, and imperialistic impact.. of bird poop. Creating this video was a whirlwind for me, and I hope that you get a similar "What?!" feeling when watching. From now on, *I will be occasionally highlighting some of my favorite comments within the first hour of a new video being live* . Today, I am both laughing and mourning with *BK's Bullets* over this comment: _"Bites into sandwich, cue the montage of animals pooping!"_ Sorry dude.
    Thank you EVERYONE for supporting this channel!

      @@SamuraiPoohBear He covers legitimate historical topics, there's thousands of videos on every subject he covers because these things actually happened in the world, imagine that.. It's not just an "idea" a UA-camr had. Guaranteed most, if not all of these subjects had many full length docs made about them before UA-cam even existed. Is only the first one to make a video on a specific subject the only one that's allowed to? If that were the case, this platform would be absolute garbage. It's not about who did it first, it's about who did it better. Ideas don't mean s*** if you don't execute it well.

    Really like all of these videos, Johnny! Since you have been doing videos recently about the borders of the U.S. and how they came to be, I was wondering you considered to make a video on Alaska. What is the overall history behind it? What deals were made? It's rather odd that it is disconnected from the contiguous U.S. and bordered by Canada and with Russia nearby. Thanks!

    • @kappadarwin9476
      @kappadarwin9476 3 роки тому +2

      To give you a cliff notes version. Russia did not like the British and knew it was only a matter of time before the British would try to size Alaska via Canada so Russia who was an ally of the US at the time sold Alaska to America to keep it out of British hands and to pay off the debts it had accumulated due to the Crimea war.
