Love this. Rings are hands down the best fitness related purchase I've made. I always had a pull up bar in my house but bought rings in 2018. Now at 52 years old, I have broadened my exercise range immensely. Plus I am stronger and leaner than I was 20 years ago. I hang them on my pull up bar, old gazebos, rafters etc. But the best is on trees. My kids laugh at me because I see a tree and go 'oooh, that three is perfect for rings!' To all those still on the fence - BUY A PAIR OF RINGS!!

Thanks for sharing this video. I've decided to buy a pair of rings because I am convinced they can help take my calisthenics to another level. I have never used them so I expect to be humbled. Not sure yet of any places to hang them. Hopefully that won't be an issue.

I had lots of upper body, rib, thoracic, pec, and shoulder problems, and found light to medium workouts and stretching at many different angles on a set of gymnastics rings to have enormous benefits for total upper body health, strength, stability, and balance that should last a lifetime with simple upkeep sessions. Currently I’ve learned skin the cat, getting stronger at rows, and can finally do 1 pull-up (I’m skinny fat, 48 years old). Doing dips with assist and hoping to eventually master the muscle up.
