There’s a video with a Dyno chart showing the WHP gains 5-11 hp. For 200$ to gain 10 hp at 5500 Rpm is amazing,
Nice job it's good to know that it's that easy
Thanks for the video @MisterET !
Thx! Love your parts.
Thanks for posting! I've been thinking of doing this to my golf R in addition to a cold air intake. Glad to hear this brand is a Canadian brand! I'll have to order from them, for sure! You've gained yourself a new subscriber! Cheers!
Oh yeah, greetings from the London Ontario area!
Good info!
Had mine installed yesterday. I’ve only driven once since then, but the car felt pretty responsive, especially on the low end. Sound wise I couldn’t really hear a major difference, but my exhaust is pretty loud anyway. Nice video 👌
Yeah same here and the note I drive the note I see a difference. There is a gain for sure but it is subtle. Thx for the comment !
Wow👌
Clean your engine AND UNDERWOOD, A NICE WASH AFTER, :) nice video
Oil in the intake is normal and lubricates the turbo.
So it's perfectly fine to install the intake with the stock air duct? Thinking of purchasing but not sure if I want to spend the extra 300 on the air duct right now.
You’ll be fine the air duct won’t make a huge difference aside from extra bling in the engine bay.
Why do people say these are a pain to install? It looked extremely easy.
Access isn’t great for the bottom bolt and removing the pcv is hard but it’s much easier than changing an engine or doing timing chains :p
I have a unitronic air inlet duct I can sell you for 100$+ shipping...it has a small crack where the mounting screw is
Maybe if you haved revd it properly this would have been a real test, otherwise its useless
