- Upon waking up this morning I never thought I'd be blessed like this on May 10th 2021.... Its been 3 years since Tokyo Ghoul: Re came to an end. Ishida Sui at long last has returned with a unexpected chapter 1 for Choujin X "Superhuman X"! I feel the passion and love already being poured into this series. I wanted to keep this video traditional with a reaction for the very first chapter of the series. I'll see you for Chapter 2 of Superhuman X everyone!

@@theanimerapper6351 well kinda... studios and mangaka share copyright. For example with spice and wolf, the author didnt want the novel to be made into anime anymore, so no studio can adapt it
@@theanimerapper6351 authors can choose if they want a studio to make an anime but they dont have much power when it comes to the actual making of the anime. For example with the fruits basket mangaka, she had clashed with the director of the studio deen 2001 version of fruits basket, and ended up not working with them anymore after the first season ended, but she still wanted a full faithful adaptation of her story, so she made it happen with tms entertainment and theyre doing a better job. So basically, the mangaka choose the studio, and once the studio is chosen and given the green light to make an anime, they can kinda do what they want with it. Another example is shaman king 2021. The author wanted a full adaptation, so he contracted with bridge and theyre doing it, ive heard its decent but its being rushed. So yea sui ishida can choose the studio but he has to choose carefully
Looking at KnY and how it became such a big hit it kinda pisses me off especially knowing how TG and TG: re could've been easily as popular as KnY if not more if it got the adaptation it deserves.
Just to be clear i don't hate KnY just dayuuum they really hit the jackpot getting animated by Ufotable. Meanwhile TG was left with Clowns.

Since the author does a lot of symbolism his work what I found out about The vulture symbolism is linked to death, rebirth, equalizing, perception, trust, seriousness, resourcefulness, intelligence, cleanliness, and protection.
All In all give me what we know got the main character so far I think it is a good comparison.

@@jeffreyali3644 Literally just Google Vulture symbolism and you’ll find a page about various animals and symbolism they carry across cultures that’s where I found out the symbolism of vultures

I particularly like "equalizing", since he was always on the shadow of his friend and with this syringe (if we don't think about possible future repercussions) he finds power for himself too, to stand alongside the one he admired as strong

Well he definitely got burnt out at the end. However I doubt it'll happen again because the release schedule isn't defined. He can release a chapter anytime he wants

Found this channel because of Tokyo Ghoul, because of Ishida Sui. Can’t think of Tokyo Ghoul without thinking of you and Ishida.
Feels like I’m watching a TG video from 3 years ago. It’s great to see Ishida back and I’m so happy he gets to create his own schedule so he won’t get burnt out.
The vulture analogy is also really interesting because it kind of describes Tokio’s relationship with Azuma. He hangs around Azuma and is popular by virtue of being with him, basically feasting off the scraps of Azuma’s popularity like how vultures lurk near predators to eat from their kills. That’s why he responds to his sister that he feels popular too whenever Azuma’s popular. It also feels like a relationship dynamic where Tokio feels inadequate and sidelined because his friend is seemingly so perfect and adored, and Tokio seems to put Azuma on a pedestal and have an inferiority complex in general. That’s why he insists on taking the choujin serum when Azuma wants too, because he feels like if Azuma gets any better than him than they’ll start drifting apart because Azuma’s too good for him. In fact the whole premise of their friendship seems unequal, Tokio literally becomes Azuma’s friend to pay him back for saving him.
It's just the fact that it dropped out of nowhere we knew it was coming but it just came out of nowhere today was such a nice surprise

Choujin X 1 Essay Jokes:
First off, the 🐐is fucking back and I couldn't be happier. Ishida is allowed to work at his own pace on an irregular schedule, great fucking news there and I honestly never want to see him or any other mangaka work weekly unless they want their series to be short. Less demanding work means more healthy Ishida, better art, improved fight choreography, etc. This was a great first chapter and I'm looking forward to what else he has to offer in this story.
1. The first page of the series does go hard though. Never thought I'd see Ishida draw a version of tortured Griffith in his Femto form, holy shit. And look at the MC; if anyone reads UnOrdinary webtoon, doesn't his hairstyle look similar to John lowkey? Man got dam near the same comb over get no bitches hairstyle that John gave himself. And what is this affliction? The MC getting a 125 already or are him and Azuma going to want to be like each other so much that they might as well be the Quintessential Quintuplets?
2. And what the hell is Kaiki doing here? Man really went from chilling in first class and eating steak to trying to fist old ladies on a plane? And what the hell was he going to do if he did reach the restroom in time, my guess is either taking a pill to suppress his Choujin abilities or jack it to photos of Ms. Bazonkas tits if students ever took sneak pics and posted online. She could feed a entire generation off of breast milk alone if she ever had a kid, Ishida must've took inspiration from Resident Evil 8 Village whenever he saw Lady Dimitrescu's ass and he wanted to compete. And somehow, Orihime's are still bigger, I swear even with Bleach gone I can sense her shit growing with every menstrual cycle. Anyway, fuck that math problem they were doing in class, I'd be too busy trying to find the circumference, diameter, raidus, and area of the breasts that are currently swaying at 700 km per second.
3. After Tokio made the call, this dude Azuma really jumped into a superhero landing as if he were in Deadpool. He seems like a cool dude, so does Tokio to be honest but that's gonna be up for debate as the story continues. Just look at his face, man was smoking on some good shit or took a snort of coke before he entered the fray. I literally thought that he was the young Kaneki for a second, or what he would've turned out like if that miracle pussy from Touka didn't have him mellowing out more than a hoe that recently found God again. How much does he train to the point where he kicks a grown ass bum and breaks both of his arms in the process? Hold up, I gotta take that miracle pussy comment back for a minute, y'all see how the woman looked at him while blushing? No wonder my guy look so crazy, he know what he gonna get out of it later on that day, the best top of his life. She look like she ready to give him head that's crazy enough to make him scream and move around faster than a dreidel. I bet whenever he gets called for a guy in danger, he wait a few extra minutes.
4. Imagine being told that your animal is a vulture bruh. Literally feeding off of others success while hiding from the dangers present in front of you. Meanwhile your friend is a lion, the king of the jungle, fierce, reaps the benefits from his lioness hunting for him just like you whenever you make that phone call. Azuma getting his dicked sucked in the back of the bleachers from the women he saves while you keep searching for more victims. They're a duo and I like them, but that bit in itself makes me feel like they'll eventually separate; especially depending on the outcome of Azuma taking the Choujin serum, laid out on concrete still while Tokio has is a bestial choujin. I feel like Azuma either won't turn due to his genetics, he's dead, or impaired because that's just an unfortunate gamble with the choujin serum. Either way, this looks like its gonna be a wild ride. The panel where they both pointed the serum at each other was my favorite, although I need what Azuma took because if that shit leaves you slumped over like that then it'll replace sleeping pills with the quickness.
5. I know this isn't funny, I'm rusty as fuck and I'm positive that someone will bitch about it being too long and to not type on the youtube comment section. Sorry for ruining your day by posting something you could've easily avoided, blocked me, scrolled past because I highly doubt you're reading every single comment on a video. Anyway, good night everyone and thank God Ishida isn't doing weekly anymore unless he really wants to.
