Roast Peanuts Air-fryer Oven

It took me very long time before I decided to roast my own peanuts. Partly because I don't know how to "de-skin" the peanuts. I asked my mom, she says very easy, after you roast them, let the fan blow away the skin. It is a brilliant idea which I will only try in other people home 😅 I can imagine those skin fly all over the place.
I finally take action to roast my own peanuts, I decided to de-skin them one by one, so I buy shan-dong peanuts coz they are bigger in size, easier for the job.
Roast peanuts from scratch is really worth it, is easy, tastier and cheaper. I eat them as snack and also make peanut butter out of it. I have video on that which I link below. Do take a look, it is pretty easy to make.
