You're fighting a shambling doppelganger who attacks you with twisted, distorted versions of your own attacks. The boss itself struggles to hold itself together, melting at various points in the fight. Exactly mirrored by that "unstable" beat.
The fact that Pizza Time Never Ends is so unstable as music is perfectly fitting for the boss it potrays because it's a lanky individual that barely seems to keep itself together into a humanoid form as its eyes constantly look like they're about to fall out their sockets

13:35 I haven't seen anyone talk about it yet, but the reason it feels like this is because at some point the fake peppino boss fight was planned to be a dance-dance revolution style battle. The song was made for that and it clearly reflects if you listen closely. Of course, this was just something silly they had planned, which I would have loved to see, but it got scrapped because McPig was having a difficult time revamping the controls to that one specific boss fight. Would have been nice to see fake and real peppino break it down with eachother.
7 months late but the track for the boss fight was actually "NOTIME2BOOGIEWOOGIE". Thankfully it wasnt used for fake peppino because it doesnt match him nearly as much as PTNE
Tropical Crust's extremely sample-heavy style makes me wonder if someone had Sonic CD on the brain. I've heard that "Come on!" in sooo many songs before.
It's definitively inspired by it! This soundtrack takes many inspirations from Sonic! Some examples are Tropical Crust, Tubular trash, and The Noise boss theme.

"Pizza time never ends" is used to drive the point in its boss fight that "This isn't right" you can tell what it is, but it isnt correct, the tempo off, the tune is different. This matches with the boss being a fake version of the player character, in that it looks similar, but is different... wrong.
All of your descriptions for 'Pizza Time Never Ends' were on point when you translate them to its respective boss. It's like they took peppino and poured acid on him and some suspicious toppings.

Yo, I love the playing you did over calzonification!10:53 really strikes something in my heart, I love it when songs hit those high notes like it's some kind of cry to the heavens.
Each boss theme is an audio mirror of the bosses themselves, and that's no more prevalent with "Pizza Time Never Ends". You face off against a barely stable pizza golem clone of Peppino and everything he does, from the noises he makes to his attack are all just similar to be a near perfect copy of you, except not. He's melting, falling apart at the seams, distorted, incomplete. I just hope you go and look at it's follow up "Okay Campers, Rise and Shine!" seems everyone and their mother skips/ignores that track despite it being a part of Fake Peppino's boss fight.
It's the same with how in Undertale everyone talks about "Hopes and Dreams", but no one talks about "Save the World" despite them being in the same final boss.
pizza time never ends is like the more distorted version of its pizza time and it fits the boss since the boss it self is distorted and falling apart and you can hear it the ost sounds like its getting more violent and ruthless at the same time keeping the joy it had at the start.....THIS IS WHY I SAY PIZZA TOWER IS PEAK
Tropical Crust by Mr. Sauceman, not my favorite track in Pizza Tower's OST, but still a really good one. "Come in Mr. DJ" indeed! Also, Pineapple on Pizza is 100% a thing in Pizza Tower, but the unique thing is that it's presented as a legit topping on Pizza with no hint of irony or reference to the Internet's distaste for such a combination (in fact, the 5 Toppins you collect in each stage are Mushroom, Cheese, Tomato, Sausage, and Pineapple). I'm not entirely sure of this, but I'm guessing Pizza Tower is a Canadian-made game, since "Hawaiian Pizza" (i.e. pizza with pineapple on it) is quite popular there. Calzonification by Mr. Sauceman, one of my favorite tracks in the game! It plays when fighting the second boss, and out of all the boss themes in the game, I feel like this one's kind of underrated compared to the others. It goes SO HARD, but then again, all the other boss songs are such bangers too, so I guess one of them has to be at the bottom. It's a shame, but hopefully more people will come to appreciate it over time. PIZZA TIME NEVER ENDS by ClascyJitto, the fourth boss fight theme. In case you haven't played Pizza Tower yet or still know next to nothing about this game, I won't spoil what exactly goes down during this fight or who it's even against, but I WILL say that thematically speaking, it's a very good track, like it's trying hard to emulate "It's Pizza Time" but is just falling apart at the seams. It's absolutely insane all around, and I think that, along with the fourth boss itself, is a contributing factor to the huge popularity of this song. (Here's hoping CJ sees this reaction, he did want to see it as commented on in another video!) Great reactions and commentary! Here are other tracks I hope you'll check out, please: Tubular Trash Zone, Good Eatin', Pumpin' Hot Stuff, There's a Bone in my Spaghetti, and Pizza Deluxe!

I love how "pizza time never ends" sounds like it's constantly falling apart and trying to pull itself together. Very fitting, considering the boss it plays during.
Man these OST reactions are so cool! I love how you go in depth on the songs and your reactions are amazing! I request “There’s a bone in my spaghetti!” And “Bite The Crust” if you do another one. Keep making amazing vids SPG!
20:10 I thought I was losing my mind when I was hearing that! They must’ve done that for an effect of some sort for where it’s like “glitching out” sort of thing.
To anyone watching, admit it: you couldn't have clicked faster when you saw that thumbnail. On a side note, I loved the songs in game but taking time to sit and listen is one thing but having you point out some parts I may have heard but didn't really focus on gives deeper appreciation for these tracks, keep on rocking man!
Is it just me or does Calzonification fit so well considering the vigilante wants justice and just the entirety of the song is so western and just scream he wants justice. I love pizza tower so damn much!
Very nice stuff! I'll still suggest the songs: Good Eatin', Celsius Troubles( and "Don't Preheat your oven beacuse if you do the song won't play."), Dungeon Freakshow, Unearthly Blues, and the last boss theme, Pumpin hot stuff! Love your content man!
Who else agrees that parts of the bosses’ themes should play when it reaches a certain point of the fight. (Ex: when the giant Noise balloon falls down and covers the background, the ost: Pumpin’ Hot Stuff, plays the part with the villain laughing and continues the track) or (instead of Okay rise and shine campers for the chase scene, even Peppino’s boss defeated theme, it plays that part of Pizza Time Never Ends when it finishes speeding and calms down at the end)
I think if there's 3 songs you should do next from this game, they should be these: "There's a Bone In My Spaghetti!" (the third song in the spaghetti quartet, and goes even HARDER than either the Hot or Cold variants) "Yeehaw Deliveryboy" (A very high-octane wild west sounding song with excellent sample usage) "Pizza Mayhem" (Was originally meant to be the main theme of the game, but ended up going unused. Is notable for being the only song in the soundtrack with a vocal performance and lyrics)
In Calzonification I really enjoy the sort of ballistic yet very powerful and fast rhythm of the song, the vigilante has a lot of righteous anger which is displayed by this song.
I dont remeber but someone gave lyrics to pizza time never ends, and the part of the end. The lyrics were" pizza time will never ever end!" Its so sick!
20:09 the buzzing is 100% intentional. It’s supposed to sound like a flickering light, as boss four is a fake version of Peppino, the main character, and the fight takes place in the fake Peppino’s condemned restaurant. In the background are several trash bags that have bodies in them, implying that Fake Peppino is definitely a corrupted version of Peppino. Not sure if I’m looking too far into it, but fighting a fake version of himself gives me the impression that Peppino struggles with imposter syndrome; worrying about his identity and his nearly out-of-business pizzeria.
Tropical Crust!!! Its not frequently the top favorite of many people's songs, but i absolutely love it. Something about the multitude of voice samples (L O V E the use of the clipped sample "Tactical nuke!" During the bridge) and of course the synth sax absolutely melts me
All of the songs in this soundtrack are absolutely incredible! Pumpin' Hot Stuff and Peppino's Sauce Machine are two of my favorite tracks, since you've already listened to the other favorites. Love the vids man!
Pizza time never ends is easily one of my favourite songs in this game for the simple reason that it sounds like the song is constantly trying and failing to end There are so many moments where it slows down trying to have a traditional end to a song, but it just gets stopped and ramps up everytime. Like the title says, pizza time never ends!
Just letting you know, pizza time never ends is a.. very weird boss. You fight against “boss 4”. It’s a weird, gooey creature who takes the appearance of you, peppino. The fight isn’t even.. a fight. You don’t want to fight it, you need to ESCAPE it.
Two other great songs from the soundtrack are "Way of the Pig" and "Peppinos Sauce Machine". Both of them use unorthodox sounds that really add to the music in a great away, along with them just being groovy songs in general.
I have to say- "Peppino's Sauce Machine" & "Don't Preheat Your Oven Because If You Do The Song Won't Play" would be amazing to hear your take on- those are two of my favourites~
Pizza time never ends fits perfectly with its boss fight for the fact its an imperfect copy of pizza time its still good and catchy but it isnt pizza time just like fake peppino is an imperfect copy of peppino
14:18 I love how the way he describes "Pizza Time Never Ends" are literally Fake Peppino's features. "Unstable", "Like Pizza Time but different", "Rythmic Tension" it fits his character so good, i can't explain it!
Gotta say, that violin part for calzonification you did sounded amazing! Like it felt like it was already part of the song and amplified the mood and vibe of the whole thing
the way i like to describe pizza time never ends is that its a scuffed version of its pizza time, it has the same vibe but it sounds weird in a way, which fits the boss its tied to as for other songs id like you to check out, theres pizza engineer and thousand march
you should cover bite the crust in episode 6, it has a similar jazz-feel to tropical crust and i think you’ll really enjoy the song! its very nice to listen to

I gotta agree, the devs of the game sure rlly know how to make some tunes
Man these OST reactions are so cool! I love how you go in depth on the songs and your reactions are amazing! I request “There’s a bone in my spaghetti!” And “Bite The Crust” if you do another one. Keep making amazing vids SPG!
20:10
I thought I was losing my mind when I was hearing that!
"Yeehaw delivery boy" also is great, if you're gonna make another video on pizza tower
I feel like cool pineapple is probably the chilliest enemy in the game
Who else agrees that parts of the bosses’ themes should play when it reaches a certain point of the fight.
(Ex: when the giant Noise balloon falls down and covers the background, the ost: Pumpin’ Hot Stuff, plays the part with the villain laughing and continues the track)
or
(instead of Okay rise and shine campers for the chase scene, even Peppino’s boss defeated theme, it plays that part of Pizza Time Never Ends when it finishes speeding and calms down at the end)
I think if there's 3 songs you should do next from this game, they should be these:
"There's a Bone In My Spaghetti!" (the third song in the spaghetti quartet, and goes even HARDER than either the Hot or Cold variants)
"Yeehaw Deliveryboy" (A very high-octane wild west sounding song with excellent sample usage)
"Pizza Mayhem" (Was originally meant to be the main theme of the game, but ended up going unused. Is notable for being the only song in the soundtrack with a vocal performance and lyrics)
15:50 definitely what [REDACTED] would serve you.
14:00 the way you describe the song is exactly the feeling you should be having with that boss, regardless of music
"Tabular Trash Zone" is a perfect music for you
20:09 the buzzing is 100% intentional.
Not sure if I’m looking too far into it, but fighting a fake version of himself gives me the impression that Peppino struggles with imposter syndrome; worrying about his identity and his nearly out-of-business pizzeria.
as an aspiring composer, this soundtrack is what i wish i could do
another pepperman fan! our battle will be legendary!
Pepper man is a music artist confirmed
just one boss left to complete it
suggesting Pumpin' Hot Stuff
this soundtrack is truly like a gold mine! thank you for helping me appreciate it more and more!
I think I'll try to add your additions to songs when I'll be making music to my pizza tower fan game
The intro for pizza time never ends makes me think of dripping water.
Pizza time never ends is easily one of my favourite songs in this game for the simple reason that it sounds like the song is constantly trying and failing to end
There are so many moments where it slows down trying to have a traditional end to a song, but it just gets stopped and ramps up everytime. Like the title says, pizza time never ends!
Why does the wario plushie look so goofy😭
PLEASE PLAY PUMPIN HOT STUFF NEXT!!!
I really can't wait to see SPG's reaction to Pimpin Hot Stuff & Good Eatin.
"On The Rocks" and " Theres A Bone In My Spaghetti" are my favorites, reccomend you listen to them!
"So i just tried to eat this *cold spaghetti* and you know what i found?! There was *a bone in my spaghetti* !?".- pizza tower enyou er
15:32 after you've gotten a distraction worth 40 minutes and then just coming back to his jaw dropping absolutely sold me
Glad you're enjoying this soundtrack so much! If you're looking to do more Pizza Tower I suggest checking out the song "Bites The Crust".
Just letting you know, pizza time never ends is a.. very weird boss. You fight against “boss 4”. It’s a weird, gooey creature who takes the appearance of you, peppino. The fight isn’t even.. a fight. You don’t want to fight it, you need to ESCAPE it.
honestly, i really hope that you listen to pizza engineer, peppino's sauce machine, tubular trash zone. three tracks you MUST listen to
Two other great songs from the soundtrack are "Way of the Pig" and "Peppinos Sauce Machine". Both of them use unorthodox sounds that really add to the music in a great away, along with them just being groovy songs in general.
Also you should listen to on the rocks if you haven’t already, it’s another song in the ost. It’s so good.
Listen to ‘There’s a bone in my spaghetti’. It’s like the other sister of the hot and cold spaghetti songs
I suggest you listen to "tubular trash zone". This game is amazing on its tracks. I just can't stop listening
If there's somehow another part of this, you should give a listen to "Yeehaw Deliveryboy".
I have to say- "Peppino's Sauce Machine" & "Don't Preheat Your Oven Because If You Do The Song Won't Play" would be amazing to hear your take on- those are two of my favourites~
at 2:33 it's giving me pvz vibes
The bit at 16:58 when you listen to it on headphones, you hear the audio moving around each ear, it's so good!
12:10 I see you've never heard of RecD
Pizza time never ends fits perfectly with its boss fight for the fact its an imperfect copy of pizza time its still good and catchy but it isnt pizza time just like fake peppino is an imperfect copy of peppino
super happy to see you're doing this out of love rather than popularity, and even happier that you're enjoying the soundtrack
14:18 I love how the way he describes "Pizza Time Never Ends" are literally Fake Peppino's features. "Unstable", "Like Pizza Time but different", "Rythmic Tension" it fits his character so good, i can't explain it!
hope the composer does a live sesh for this ost at some point
Please play reacts "Pumpin' Hot Stuff" to conclude the musical themes of the game's bosses.
You HAVE to do Tubular Trash Zone. I can't believe no one has requested it yet. You will definitely be blown away.
I can't quite remember if you listened to them, but "Bite the Crust" and "Extraterrestrial wahwahs" are very nice tracks.
He did extraterrestrial wahwahs
I think you’ll love Pumpin’ Hot Stuff or Tunnely Shimbers! I suggest you should react to those!
Please take a listen to the song called *"Tubular Trash Zone"*
Tubular. Not turbular.
@@janzimon12 Yeah, right.
Gotta say, that violin part for calzonification you did sounded amazing! Like it felt like it was already part of the song and amplified the mood and vibe of the whole thing
You need to play pizza tower. WE NEED TO SEE YOU PLAY PIZZA TOWER!
No.
I love how Pizza time never ends feels so unstable, much like the character it’s based on.
the way i like to describe pizza time never ends is that its a scuffed version of its pizza time, it has the same vibe but it sounds weird in a way, which fits the boss its tied to
as for other songs id like you to check out, theres pizza engineer and thousand march
Please make an analysis of pepino's sauce machine.
I recommend listening to "Pumpin' hot stuff" it's such an amazing song
That high note at the end of pizza time never ends was delicious
Why do I feel like he's going to love Pumpin' Hot Stuff?
you should cover bite the crust in episode 6, it has a similar jazz-feel to tropical crust and i think you’ll really enjoy the song! its very nice to listen to
Every time I listen to Tropical Crust, I always noticed this bit you can hear at 4:05, and I always thought that it sounded like a crow. 🤣
