Hold onto your socks folks, because this bucket holds not one, not two, but SIX cans! At once! That means you can comfortably host dinner parties of up to like THREE people! I don't think I even have that many friends. Absolutely blown away by this thing.

That scoop would end up in my minnow bucket. Then, like scoops of the past, it would be almost immediately stolen by my kid to play with in the sand. Then, also like the scoops before it, my kid would forget it on a beach. Then I would toss him off the boat for losing a $50 minnow scoop. Then my wife would go off for hours about "my anger issues" or "drinking in the morning" or some other nonsense. She'd want counseling. Yeti is Prada for outdoorsy people. Coleman was good enough for my parents camping in the 70s and it’s still good today (and yes, their coolers from the 70s are still going strong).
My wife and I have a Coleman we bought for, like, $80 a few years ago, and to this day it's the best damn cooler I've ever used. Comes with the extending handle and wheels, which is more than fancy enough in my book. We moved twice with it, and after a few hours in the cooler it was like taking the stuff straight out of the fridge again. It's held ice solid on a hot beach day for, what, maybe four or five hours? Yeti really is just for showing off how rich you are, but I just can't justify the $200 for a stupid ice bucket that's way smaller than my Coleman and probably doesn't offer anything that mine doesn't
Too accurate 😂. I won a Yeti cooler once- it was great quality but I ended up giving it to a friend because it was SO friggin heavy it wasn't even practical imo unless you just keep it in your car permanently or something lol
Yeti products are mainly for people who are out in the field for a few days and want to hold stuff cold on their truck. It's not really for people moving it around often. That ice bucket makes no sense. You just keep the ice in the cooler with the drinks and food to keep everything cold for longer.
A great video in multiple respects. It was ridiculous at point points and was funny then smash cuts to a legitimate review with genuine criticism. Fantastic
Yeah I’m their target demographic as someone who spends a lot on outdoorsy gear, but even I can’t justify buying their products. There are options 5x cheaper than their offerings that are not even close to 5x worse quality. It really is just markup for the brand name.
I dont say that, I buy mine and have no shame about it, they are built to last a lifetime, people who compare them to like Walmart knockoffs have no idea how far off they are. everything about yeti products is better than any of the competitors, if you cant afford it then cool , noone cares but what is the point of shitting on people who can afford them and like them?
@@AsTheWheelsTurn statements like that reveal what a poor mindset you have . You think gimmicks like this bullshit are status symbols . I can afford lots of shit , doesn’t make it a good idea to buy it 🥴🥴🥴
Sure Yeti makes quality coolers that can keep ice frozen for days, but there's a little trick that I use when fishing to turn a cheap clear walmart sweater box/storage bin into a great cooler. Get a bag of ice and Viva paper towels or white shop towels, wrap about 10-15 paper towels around the bag of ice and put it in the bin, then put a white towel over the bin or put it in a white garbage bag to reflect the light. It usually takes about 1 day for the ice to melt on an average summer day in the northeast US. And it's much easier to move around.
I have a yeti hot/cold mug with plastic straw that I found at work, in a garbage can (gas station). Had the lid and rubber gasket too. I took it home, boiled everything in hot water, then dunked it in concentrated bleach…..and did it again 3 more times (boiling water and bleach). 7 years later I still have that mug, I wove a handle for it out of paracord, and it’s my favorite cup of all time. Plus it was free. At the time it was just over 50 bucks new. My only Yeti product, and it was free. A win in my book!
