English pronunciation is just very very difficult for Japanese people. Many English sounds just don't exist in Japanese. It's funny seeing Indonesians in contrast who have very little trouble with English pronunciation. Rachie does English covers of Japanese songs and I didn't even know she was Indonesian. I thought she was American. Pretty much the only Japanese with good English pronunciation grew up in America.
Learning to speak Japanese, it honestly impresses me how good she's gotten at pronouncing certain things, the easiest thing to point to is her L's. Both in her speaking and singing, you can really hear her improvement through the years.
Pronunciation is different from fluency. Gawr Gura sings a Japanese song with Shion and it's hard to tell which one is an American girl who barely speaks Japanese and which is a Japanese girl.

The entire arena, full of the crowd, got lit and exploded! It was incredible to see this song live! It’s so easy to join the party! Ra Ta Ta Ta Ta! 🤘🦊🤘

Hearing you talk about seeing EC live shows (and your passes), I really suggest to go see Babymetal live as well. I think it's slightly more serious metal (as in less focused on party) but only slightly and are masters at incorporating audience interaction.
Ratata The beauty of Electric Callboy is their crossover appeal. I can show this song or pretty much most of their discography to anyone and they’ll either get a laugh out of, or thoroughly enjoy their work. It’s campy fun and as someone who loves both Europop and Metal equally, they’re one of my favorite bands.

honestly 2 of the most fun bands in the scene making a full on collab, not just features. Collabs this year have been off the bloody chain and this is definitely high on the list. Does a great job of displaying the fun side of both bands, and one hell of a music video. Babymetal with the ratatata callout before a great breakdown was exactly what i needed this year. Honestly i'm kinda with you on 8.6, i'm not sure if i'll be playing it every day, but the fun of this track is undeniable. RATATA
