I'm curious, do you train your arms with weights and such? Or is all that arm/shoulder definition just from rope darting?

Hey :) I don’t work my arms out very much, no. Rope dart has done it all! And I don’t practice all moves on both sides. Some moves i would have to tie the rope around my other wrist in order to do backwards and that doesn’t feel productive, but there are many moves I train on both sides :))
How is it to work with these burning rope darts? Do they teach you to be precise and clean because if you aren’t you get burnt?
It definitely helps me focus hahah but I also get burnt sometimes
