Hey :) I don’t work my arms out very much, no. Rope dart has done it all! And I don’t practice all moves on both sides. Some moves i would have to tie the rope around my other wrist in order to do backwards and that doesn’t feel productive, but there are many moves I train on both sides :))
Physic taught me centre of gravity, centrifugal force and centripetal force,...today I saw It through your performance..😍
