Bonita Wilcox Hi! Obviously I’m not Lisa but I wanted to respond to say this...I am a RN in a Dermatologist office. My advice would be to look for a MD who is BOARD CERTIFIED IN FACIAL PLASTIC SURGERY. Also, they all have Instagram and Facebook these days. Check those out. In theory, the best MDs are in larger cities. Read all the reviews. Every single review. Call and set up a consultation. Ask as many many many questions as you can think of and ask for proof. This is ELECTIVE surgery, meaning it is NOT necessary and you will be paying out of pocket. You have every right to ask anything and seek out as many docs as you choose. Just because he/she may have magazine ads and billboard signs, IT DOES NOT MAKE THEM THE BEST. In my experience, the best don’t really advertise...because they don’t have to.
Do your due diligence to find the best MD. They are out there but be very very careful.

You have to shave first and every time you do it otherwise the light won’t get to the hair follicle

Yeah shave before every use. Even when the hairs are growing in slower after using a few times, you’ll still want to shave the area to make sure you get the best results. You can shave in between sessions, just don’t pluck or wax. Hope that helps

I love my Kenzzi. There is a knock off already which I've been told definitely doesn't hold a candle to KENZZI. I started out on HIGH.... I want the hair gone. I do touch up from time to time maybe at 3 month period.
I love my Kenzzi. I can go 4 days without shaving my legs and Ive only used it for 2.5 months!
