I see you post with both an old town and Hobie. Do you have a preference? And why?
I like the Old town for reef fishing and bridge fishing due to instant reverse. I prefer the hobie for shallow water and flats because the fins fold up.

Look for something floating. Grass pad, pallet, 55 gallon drum etc
Like he said anything in the water that doesn't belong in the water. Use your side scan to hunt for FADS the people have dropped. That's how I found that one.

Trust me it's on 30A and by 8:30am it's all elbows and *&@$%#*+ packed in tight.
Almost all the public beach accesses on 30A have artificial reefs offshore.

@@mcopilot I got that bait torpedo at the now closed bait shop in Navarre. Pretty sure you can buy them online now. I am leaning towards preferring the old town right now.
It looked like you were putting your cigs in head first so that when you trolled they would be swimming with the current. I put mine in where their head is facing the current--so they are swimming against the current. Am I doing it wrong?

So what’s protocol when sharks come around? Are they mostly harmless or do you call it quits?
After they take a couple fish they get pretty fired up so its a waste to keep trying. After i lose 3 or so to sharks i usually try to move to a different reef.

Awesome video was supposed to get my old town this month April but unfortunately gotta get tires for my gf suv wl that being said just keep debating 120 or the 106 pdl I'm from Texas I go to Galveston but mosley here in Dallas trinity river what's ur opinion is a hard one
Rhats hard to say because i dont fish any rivers really. I personally would go with the 120 just because its a little better in rougher conditions.

Sorry can't help you with that. I find the fads just by kayaking around and watching side scan on my fish locator.
All the reef coordinates are public numbers online. Look up Walton county reef association

Just keeping your rod tip pointed toward the front of the kayak is the biggest thing.
Have to ask what kayak do you use? Selling my Bass boat this coming spring, wanting to get a nice yak that I can use here for chasing crappie ect but I can bring on my trips to florida for open water. Nice videos

They are sun socks made by Anetik. Sunscreen is very unhealthy and i avoid it whenever i can. In the summer when its to hot to wear pants i wear the sunsocks.
