Her confidence, joy, and sweetness still stand out to me and shows that the most important thing to have is a beautiful heart (though I do think she is beautiful). I just wanted to share, just in case anyone sees this and is/was in the same spot I was in as a teenager. Remember what's valuable. 🌸

There are too many dramas like Birth of a Beauty or 200 pounds of Beauty that just showcase how "normal" it is to give in to the societal pressure regarding (ridiculously impossible) weight and beauty standards.
I had to admit, when I saw the first episode to Birth of a Beauty I wanted to watch it SO B A D because I thought the story will be about how the fem protag would win her husband back with a little romantic comedy story but OH NO IT JUST HAD TO START WITH, SURPRISE SURPRISE, HER GETTING MAJOR FACE AND BODY PLASTIC SURGERY DONE.
