That was a fair, reasonable, and even convincing criticism of the fandom. I know which UA-camr you're referring to regarding SB19. The points are valid, and the hate/conflict going on is also unacceptable. I think I'm just a fan of the artists now, and don't want to label myself with a fandom name.
Thank you 😊 We always try to look at all sides of a situation. Even if we might not agree with the opinions of others that doesn’t just make their opinions or thoughts invalid. Discussions are always open xoxo Emi
I'm an A'tin and not too exposed on this negative side of the fandom maybe because I avoid twitter. I enjoy sb19 and they make me happy and inspire to be the best version of me.I appreciate you sharing your thoughts about this.as always thank you for your undying support with our Mahalima 🥰💙
I agree to you two, many of well known artists in the world are not famous because of their look but because of their talent. You know its just a crab mentality of people.
I'm Filipina living here in USA for 8 years now, I found SB19 on November 2020 from other reactor channel, and I was curious then I started watching them and getting addiction, the first member caught my attention was Stell because of his voice, and upon digging more about them I started fall in the the group and discovered how much hate they got from my home country. I'm a bias of Stell not because of his looks l, it's because of his talents. I created social media because of them, but the toxicity in the Fandom is getting bad, some of them feels like they own them. They are jealous if they saw this and that, one thing I don't like on Twitter seeing negative twit about Ken's hair. Also when I was in Elementary I had male cousins in the dance group and they are wearing make up but they are not gays. There are some people not only in the Philippines think wearing make up think they are gays. I personally showed to my husband the group of Sb19 and he think they are gays, and he is American. But for me I will support them (Sb19) whatever they want to do as long as they are happy, because they deserve it. Thank you mori mori for speak up about toxic fandoms, not just Sb19 fandom.
Yeah unfortunately so many go based of looks over talent but it makes no sense because everyone has their attractive qualities BUT SB19 are all so handsome AND talented 👏🏻 thanks for supporting them 💙💙 xoxo Emi
What I don't like about Sb19's treatment of their fans, is that, just because they owe the fans for their success, they give in quickly to their demands. For example, songs the fans want them to sing in their concerts, Ken surprised the cup sleeve event for his birthday (the fans on Twitter instigated or were hoping for him to drop by at that event by tweeting the place), and too close with their fans that's why the fans feel they have the privilege as if they own them and SB19 are indebted to their fans. when they can't meet their demands, they get backlash and hate
@@bunnykissme this is true! I want the boys to keep a bit of distance from the fans to keep away from any other fans starting to hate others because for sure they cannot be able to do it with others then there bad things will start. I'm a fan too of the boys! 💙🤫
Yes, if hate the artists or or someone else or if you dont like them then dont watch them or dont bothered to see their page or open any of their social media platform, thats it.
The reason why I don't comment my thoughts on songs on the groups UA-cam channel is because say that I don't like the song some of the toxic fans will attack me so that's why I don't do that and it is sad that when a fandom grows so does the toxic people
First off love you girls and appreciate all your hard work.! Now the topic at hand.... I feel sometimes that "fans" forgot that these idols are HUMAN. These idols are going to make mistakes, they are going to have bfs/gfs. These idols are someone's son/daughter, brother, son. They perform because they loved doing it. They shouldn't have to be scared or give up their freedom to do something they love. We should all just be respectful and appreciate them for their talent and what they bring to the table. I love so many groups and there is so much talent out there. Even though I don't care for a particular group or song I can appreciate the amount of work they put into each performance or video. I love BTS and I'm always asked who is my bias? Well BTS is my bias. There may be a different member in each video that stands out but I appreciate all the work and dedication every member puts into the song/mv. I'm rambling but I think the biggest thing is WE HAVE TO REMEMBER THESE IDOLS ARE HUMAN! Be kind, be respectful, be empathetic and enjoy
Thank you, girls. I love the discussion, i learned from this. I'd love to see you two here in the ph but i don't know if i can talk straight english with you in person. 😅I might stutter, lol.
Honestly, I don’t understand why people who stan a certain group would bash another especially if these groups are friends with one another. For example P-pop. These groups have countlessly supported one another as friends and fans of each other. And they all share the same goal: to make Filipino music and culture known globally. If anything, some of these Filipinos should support our local artists instead of dragging them down like I’ve seen online. If they don’t like a group for their music, that’s fine. Don’t spread the hate and support the ones you do enjoy. Not everyone is going to like the music some of these groups/artists make, and we should respect each other opinion. But there’s a clear difference between stating honest opinion while still respecting the artist’s craft, and online hate by bashing the other artists simply because you don’t know more about them. I’m a huge A’Tin and Magiliw, but that doesn’t mean I don’t love and respect the other groups. I have so much respect for the others I didn’t mention because they all share a similar goal. It’s just annoying to see all this hate, mostly from fellow countrymen online from what I’ve seen.
Any nationalities can get bad comments bash from their own country coz we all know we can’t please everyone that is not a big deal anymore, we are all different in any ways, I don’t join in fandom, but I support any singers once I like their songs doesn’t matter where they came from. Coz its about the music not about anything else
Add to that, reactor like you guys can react any group you likes, it's your channel and you can do whatever you wants. If you guys react to other Ppop it's good because they are also Filipino. Some people didn't know how youtube works, especially reactors they are not making money as much especially it's block and copyright.
The thing is that its not really connected with the Official SB19 Team. The post just has some mention of SB19 in their name, but not officially from the SB19 Team. It is misleading for a lot of A'Tin. If a person did not practice critical thinking, they might think that letter was from the boys. But again, no. That letter is not from the Official SB19 Team

This TRENDSETTER team is trying to cancel a YT fanboy channel for issues on his video about SB19. They issued a letter, making it appear as if it came from the SB19 legal team. There are also some schemes being done under the radar to gang up on this guy, basically to remove his content. I personally think this is sketchy. SB19 is gaining a lot of traction that rivals those of other Kpop groups. The YT channel in question promotes SB19 and had a lot of support from foreign reactors and had actually helped to boost the group's popularity internationally. Hopefully its not some ploy to stop the rise of SB19 and Ppop in particular. I think Mori-mori's opinion is fair and I get it. But if we really look at the root of it all, it stems from this circulating letter that's not even coming from SB19 themselves. SB19 has all the right to shutdown the guys upload, but they did'nt. I think the guy who is a fan of them would willfully obliged. SB19 or its official team did not reach to him and his videos are still up there. So think and think before we conclude on something. We are people first before being fans.

In addition, the group that has been so concerned about the content brought up his disclaimer as an issue when they added a disclaimer to their own post as well.
