Where can I find the rest of the Aireal Yoga Beginning Series? I went to the website but I didn't see any online series. Would love to see more videos, I'd be willing to join and to pay for online series. It's difficult to find good aerial yoga videos online- for those of us who have yoga hammocks in our home, it would be so nice to have an option to take classes in our own homes. We find that different people are at different levels which is why this is such an amazing tool that finds you where you are. It can help make a posture easier and spot you through it or it can challenge you to take your practice to a more difficult level.
+BiancaMiaS yes. the hammocks have been pull tested to 2300 pounds. The more important question is how much weight can the place you hang it from hold? what kind of connections are you making.? Please consult a professional rigger when hanging our hammocks.

How do you avoid getting dizzy?
In time this should go away. Take it slow. Stop when you get dizzy. If it doesn't go away after a dozen classes or so . let us know.
Great video. The background music volume a few notches too high. IMO, would like to hear the verbal cues more clearly.

I wouldn't wrap hands to do yoga, too easy. But plank series too difficult.
