I haven't heard this in 20 years! I'd swear they were sampling elements of 808 State and I recognise the obligatory Chuck D sample that was on every track back then. Looks like they're using multiple Roland W30's ala Liam Howlett.
In my top 5 raves tunes but I don't think the black people in this vid know how to dance to it....this is a very heavy trible tune and doing " the splits" to it just don't go with the vibe of it....just saying
