Thank you for sharing and your honesty. The pay sounds terrible. A few years ago I was shocked to learn that I earned more than an airline captain on a local low cost airline here in Australia. I wasn’t directly responsible for 150 lives in my job.

I flew the first time in my life I am 58 .. all I can say the staff on the flight where brilliant I atuly don't think they don't get paid enough for the crap they take from the passengers
And the staff walk up and down the plain with rubbish bags taking rubbish from the passengers but some of the passengers seem to think dropped all the junk on the floor is ok ..
I think the flight attendants both men and women need a medal for the crap they have to put up with ..
Some people don't need a jet to fly just a cattle truck
More respect for the flight attendants and the pilot's and crew .. it's a difficult job
And I think passengers need to show more respect for the job they do....
Me and my family flew from Manchester to the Spain 23rd came back 2nd January
On both flights the crew and flight attendants where brilliant 👍🇬🇧

1.400 is definitely UNDER the legal minimum wage in France, how is that possible? The minimum wage now in 2023 is 1.700.

    • @eleanorjourney

Anyway, as I said in the video, since I resigned they raised they pay, I guess it's also because France changed the minimum wage

He's a superb businessman is Michael O'Leary of that there is no doubt.
But surely he could pay his team from the time they arrive at the airport until they leave the airport?
Having staff only last 6 months isn't helping anyone.
    But my question.
I had a particularly nightmare landing into Malta in April, a thunderstorm.
Do cabin crew ever get frightened?
    If so, when.
    Thanks.

Lolll if you read my replies to many comments you can see that I always said I was perfectly able to live with that salary, but it was definitely not proportionate to the job. Do you work for Ryanair in an understaffed base with a roster with ZERO home standbys?? Do you have to wake up at 4 am and deal with 800 people every day?? Shut up if you don't. Many companies pay much more for WAY less hours. And I currently have a job that's paying me more per hour than Ryanair so take your speculations somewhere else❤️
