I think ''Hold Me Forever'' is a bit meandering. ''Coupon'' and ''Barren'' are the best: Coupon is like a slow trip into space, Barren is like a rock n roll journey through the desert.
@Hollis Williams hold me forever is his absolute best. He has more unique original riffs in that one album than Most guitar legends have in their whole life. Yes some parts can be repetitive but everything else in between that is like the Peak of Human Evolution in my opinion. The most energetic and moving Guitar album ever

What a talent!!! And when he plays live, I don't think he can breathe or see anything. On some videos his assistant is using flashlight , so BH can give toys to his fans.
Seeing him play live is a mind altering experience. "P Sticks" his stage assistant uses the flashlight so Buckethead doesn't accidentally walk off the end of the stage.
There is only 3 virtuosos that I listen to nowadays: Satch, Buckethead and Eric Johnson. All the rest are blues, jazz classic rock from the great rock n roll bands. Yngwie, Petrucci, Morse, Shawn Lane, Paul Gilbert are all below these guys and nowadays Buckethead is the only one that keeps me listening and looking for his music all the time, as He has 300 pikes almost...
Gilbert is very good but just sounds a bit cheesy with the pinched harmonics he uses. When you listen to Gilbert it just sounds too much like something that would be in Guitar World magazine for the sake of having something difficult to play.
this is the 2nd song I heard 4 months ago, and I was fully addicted by the 4th or 5 song. nothing but bucket after that. the 1st song .i started listening to for about 2 min. then went back to other music. 2 weeks this came up on suggestions so I thought I would try listening to this one.. and you now the rest of the story. the 3 or 4th song I heard was Hornet 4. hit replay
