Want too buy UnderSun bands, but reading a lot lot of negative press about the latest batch off bands, every comment saying not as good as previous models, poorly made, cheap materials used now etc etc
what are your thoughts on the effectiveness of long lengthened partial with bands compared to free weights? because all that talk on the internet kind of makes me want to ditch bands
