Have you checked your phosphate levels? Some say it’s typically low in CFS. Also check that you don’t have sleep apnea, because it is oftentimes undiscovered (I have both illnesses, and I am not fat).
    Take care ! 🙏💚

I have an MTHFR mutation as well. It's crazy how much that can affect life! I've recently started following you and I love your videos. I'm gluten intolerant and get SO exhausted if I eat any so I can't imagine how your day to day is, but I feel for you! I love your story and am praying for you!

Oh! And my gallbladder gives me problems as well. My chiropractor has me take Beta TCP. I'm sure yours gives you a harder time than mine, but maybe it could help you.

The Pro Biotics and D-Ribose I think are really good, mainly because you can't get D-Ribose from food, and a healthy gut microbiome is very important. However, a lot of these vitamins and minerals can come from healthy food which are much more optimal for the body than supplements, which have mixed results in terms of effectiveness. I'd definitely look to create a balanced diet first and then fill the gaps with supplements later. One I'd definitely look into is Co Q10. It's a mitochondrial antioxidant that lots of people say works wonders. Sorry if this came across negative! Best of luck with your recovery! Hope you're feeling better.

Thanks for the insight! I’m pretty certain the supplements I’m taking have changed substantially since filling this video.
And agreed, CoQ10 is awesome! 🙌🏼

That's several hundred dollars in supplements. I've had weird reactions to the d ribose. Beware of proprietary blends because usually the amounts of the substances in them are way too low to make any difference. I've had cfs, up and down, for 26 years. Use magnesium malate.

Thanks for the suggestions! I just definitely want to avoid the one that helps with melatonin production - I have CFS and I don’t need to be more tired, I’m already sleeping 16 hours a day!

Excellent Video! Apologies for the intrusion, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you tried - Parlandealey Active Life Process (do a search on google)? It is a smashing one off product for learning how to stop feeling tired without the normal expense. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my work buddy at very last got excellent success with it.

Hi Mandy! I thought I'd mention a probiotic that I love, in case you want to research and try it out. It is called Mood+ and it is by Garden of Life. It guarantees 50 billion with 16 probiotic strains. The specific strains in the specific ratio from this product have apparently been in studies to show that it helps with emotional well being and mood. I really like this probiotic.

That's a lot..lol. Do you have gastroparesis? I am asking because those people have trouble with the same foods as you. Thanks for sharing you've inspired me a lot to add thing like essential oils and detoxifying elements to my routine. I am feeling quite a bit better between that and supplements. What kind of excercises do you do if any? I know you do worship stuff. I was thinking of getting into a excercising routine..but I read that you should make sure you are out of the first stage of cfs/me first. I've done a few things here and there its just so easy to over do it.

Loved the video. im still having a hard time digesting fats too, like if I have a salad Ill put some olive oil and my body is not happy with me but I hate eating salads without oil lol THE STRUGGLE IS REAL. Let me know if the ox bile helps.
I use CBD oil for sleep seems to work a bit.
By the way I would not eat eggs, eggs feed viruses like EBV CFS ext.. Although there yummy and such a great breakfast idea :(

+kvik lunsj Magnesium for sure! The sleep supplements I’m taking are newer, so I’m not quite sure yet how effective they are. They have good stuff in them though. I also love using lavender essential oil at night. I diffuse it and will often run into my big toe as well. 😊

When problems with fat digestions accure, often the pancreas is overlooked. After they checked it out, I am a lot better with digesting fat. Some peoples pancreas is just lazy with producing digestive enzymes and that can be easily fixed. Ask your doc for a stool elastase test, if you are interested in it :)

Interesting! I must admit i have about 6 supplements i mean to take, but most days i just take my probiotic because i definitely find if i DONT take that i will get some kind of virus pretty quickly. I think i need to take my other supplements, especially the b12! Bought some 2L kilner jars to make kombucha too- going to buy the scoby this week. Xx

Speaking of foot problems spiralina. 10m copper cod liver oil is super oxide dismatase so is cantaloupe , liver and cantaloupe are the same chemical. I have heard that fermented skate or rat fish liver oil decalsifies the pineal gland, sounds interesting and possibly unleashes the imagination.I want that.

now the cause of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is found: radiation of microwaveoven.(magnetron)
To stop you have to eliminate the oven out of the house.
The plug out of electricity net because the oven has also radiation when it is not in use.And out of the house because the oven has a high voltage capacitor.
The distance between an oven and a person is very important. After a 2 weeks without microwaves health becomes better.
