Shiny Hunting the Kalos Starters in Pokemon Violet

In an impromptu adventure, I take on the task of hunting for a Shiny Chespin, Froakie, and Fennekin. And I had to catch one of them twice because that's just how my luck goes sometimes.

It's in a Capbourg in Mesagoza when you get the Indigo Style card. I think it's called the Stampede Hat in game.
