      My mum and dad always says that as a little baby, I just smiled and slept, the nicknamed me, the child from paradise. Life is very kind to us, nature gives us so much, without ever asking, so I have many reasons to smile and be kind.
      Helping other people by using my skills to achieve their dreams, makes me very happy!

    Is the 22% (IVA) , 22% of the property cost (100,000)? Or the cost of the service? At first I thought it was the property cost, but then you provided the survey and reconsidered. So for the first it would be 22% of 3000 and the 22% of 300.

      Great!! IVA is an add on tax, and you normally see it at the bottom of every invoice.

    Hey Davide, if we want to buy home in cash in Italy as prima casa and be resident there, the costs are usually like these?

      Buying a property without a mortgage has no impact on the purchasing costs. Buying a property has a prime residence will only reduce the ‘imposta di registro’, which drops to 2% of the cadastral value or a minimum of €1000
