Is there a way to adjust the timers for Heroic? The 5 second bar came out later and later as the fight went on (to the point where it was saying to use the personals after the tank combo already went out).

If you mean the progress bar popping up ~5 seconds before each tank buster, it was a WeakAura that I set up. You can find the link to it here: wago.io/Bp469-ubE
