I read this book and absolutely adored all of it! One of my good friends, who plays the cello, really enjoyed it too. I loved the feel of the book and the world Sophie lives in! I especially liked the use of books as plates!
I was interviewed for a place at Oxford University by Katherine Rundell!!
I didn't get in ._______.
I found a beautiful copy of this book at a book fair a few weeks ago and bought it because I saw you were reading it on Goodreads. Really excited to read it!
As soon as I saw that cover, I was hoping I'd like the sound of the plot in order to put it on my tbr. Success!
I love your videos so much:) I think they're so well put together, I mean you don't rumble or anything, you mention everything that we need to know and you do it so vividly!:3
My best friend gave me this book for my birthday and I loved it
nice
You definitely convinced me to give this book a read, its sounds super strange (which I love)! -Kari
A Series of Unfortunate Events was what my childhood consisted of, I was OBSESSED. I think I'll definitley pick this up, it seems very interesting. Thanks for the review :)
Sounds amazeeeeeee!!!!!! As i am a frequent lemoney snicket reader! I loved his books since a kid ;)
I love this book! I never thought you would review this!!
I loved this book so much
Your videos are so relaxing. :)
I so agree with you! Loved the first part of the book, but it got a little boring at some parts. Your reviews are the best :)
I can't wait to check that out. It sounds awesome.
this book sounds gorgeous!
Good review. It really made me wanna try this book
This book sounds very intriguing to me, I will have to pick it up! On a side note, where are your earrings from? They're lovely!
They're from & Other Stories!
Such a great review :)
I like the sound of this one, it's going on the list to be read as I enjoyed A Series of Unfortunate Events lots when I was little :)
I've read about this book so I'm glad I've watched this video before perhaps buying, thanks Sanne :)
Sounds quite good. Might have to add it to my list.
15 seconds into the video and i have already added to my 'want to read' list on goodreads!
Roof toppers is my all time favorite book!!!
I like roof toppers too its my fave book next to the fault in our stars
The book sounds interesting, great review I added it to my wishlist :)
I've read this and I loved it so much!!!
I started this book as it was nominated for the Carnegie Book Awards but had to swap books to another nominee called 'The Bunker Diaries' which later won the awards and I would highly recommend reading it - I'm a slow reader but I read it in two days (aprox 6hrs)
You should really check out the book "The End of Mr. Y" by Scarlett Thomas. It's easily one of my favorite books because it's really mind-twisting and amazing and eyeopening in a weird and charming way xx
ooh this book sounds fantastic!
Sounds kind of a bit like a childs version of Roofworld by Christopher Fowler. Which also is a fantastic book for a rooftop world away from the ground society.
What are those books in the background?
you look lovely today :) And to the content of video - must read when they translate this :)
Hi!
I love your videos so much! You are one of my favorite youtubers:) Can you do a review of the Chaos Walking trilogy? Thanks!:)
Greetings from Finland
We’ve been reading this book at school and we finished it . If you want any questions about the book you can ask me in the comments ?ˋ▽ˊ
I have a question. They said Sophie had hair the colour of lighting. What exactly is her hair colour? Red?
I won a copy and LOVED IT
Hey!
I haven't ever written any comment about your videos, but I feel like I need to, now.
I'm following you for some years now I think, and I LOVE what you're doing, literally, Your reviews make me want to read even more, and sadly that's not always possible; beside: how/when do you read all these books ? (this question sounds awkward/naive, I know ^.^)
Anyway, just wanted to send you some "love",
Keep sharing the passion of books, keep doing what you do so well
and will that be risky to ask them to deliver to hk😨
We read roof toppers in my school.
Can I ask you a question???
Do you like a Kindle Fire better than a paperwhite? AND WHY! And explain everything on a video!
I have never owned a paperwhite before. And I have made a video review of my Kindle Fire!
Great video:)
Do you like reading off of your kindle better than reading actual books?
I prefer physical books, but I have limited space in my room, so if I don't particularly want a physical copy I'll chose to buy an ebook!
Pigeon fat huh? Well, off to the park...
Noooo, not the pigeons!
Read love in the times of cholera you have to
I really thought the book was slow and uninteresting! I liked the atmosphere of the book and thought it could be a good screenplay but as a book...meh!
I just laughed out loud like an idiot for the past 5 minutes at "how to kill a pigeon and use its fat to keep you warm."
I really wish they would make a movie based off the book😂
awww... i can't add you as a friend on goodreads. :-( you've reached the maximum limit.
hehe... pants.
I hope this doesn't upset you but you already have puppy dog eyes, why do you draw your eyebrows so far out/down? It looks sad :(
That's funny, I was just thinking that I really like her eyebrows and her eyeshadow. Doesn't make her look sad so much as innocent. I think they're very flattering on her.
I didn't even notice her eyebrows, now every time I see her I will notice her eyebrows, thnx;)
some people do have eyebrows that go down that far, though? mine are down that far naturally and I just leave them.
