Excellent analysis and I agree with your honest opinion. You are not only beautiful but very articulate and knows your work. That is why I always feel positive vibes by listening to you. I am sure that majority of your viewers will agree with me.
Thanks for watching. Selling our Martin was definitely bittersweet- we loved and still love that building. We sold because my brother relocated to FL and we wanted to buy something in Florida to have a property close to him so that’s what we did!
How often does a listing come along like the 18 million dollar penthouse at the Martin? Turnberry, does it have the best amenities? How often do 4 or 5 bed units come available? Thanks, love your work.
Hi, thanks for watching and your comment! 🙏🏼The $18M PH at The Martin was one of a kind. I’d say Martin and Turnberry are equal as far as amenities. I love the driver service at Martin and Turnberry Place also has limo service which is a great perk. If you are wanting a 4-5 BR high rise, that limits you to Turnberry Place or a PH at the Martin or perhaps a Vu Townhome or Shoreline at Lake Las Vegas which are great hybrid high rise alternatives.
heard 2 new cons that other videos have not covered: water and remodeling. I had questions about both. Other questions: Window that open? Quality of water (is it drinkable)? How is the water pressure? Can I get water bottle service (5 gal jugs)?
Hi, thanks for watching. windows that open- It depends on the building, but for the most part no, the windows don’t open. Air flow is let in by sliding glass Juliet balcony or balcony door. I believe panoram towers - if there is no balcony they do have units whereby the windows open, however Veer and The Waldorf don’t have windows that open. You don’t want to drink tap water in Las Vegas or Henderson in general. You can drink from a fridge that has a filter. Water pressure is decent- sometimes the aerators get clogged from gunk in the line and need to be cleaned with CLR or replaced. Yes, you can get water bottle service. Hope that helps answer your questions!
@@TheStarkTeamRealEstate thank you very much. if I ever become a millionaire, I would be interested in Waldorf Astoria on strip and One Queensridge Place off strip.
Hi. Thanks for watching. Definitely will be less in Las Vegas. I’d say - depending on the extent of remodels and materials you pick- about $35K -$40K ish for full gut. Thanks for watching!

Hi, yes I think it is 💯 depending on what is taught at home. Yes, there are a lot of vices here, but I think it’s ok to be exposed to those things (lord knows they’re exposed to so much on social media) and lead by example of living clean. I love the diversity of Vegas for our kids, and it’s truly a city of opportunity IF you apply yourself, are motivated and work hard. UNLV is an awesome school and NV State College in Henderson just received university status as well! I raised my son here and we are super proud of him- honors student, scholarships to UNLV, obtained his real estate license, majoring in accounting, etc. I know people worry because of the nightlife and vices, but living here and visiting here are two different things. I know many successful people who grew up here. Hope that helps answer your question 🙂

LAS VEGAS HIGHRISE CONDOS PERFECT 💪🏾💯
I would rather in a house rather than a high rise.
A very educational and informative video. Thanks for sharing!! Just curious-if you don’t mind sharing-what led you you sell your unit at the Martin?

THe major issues, traffics anywhere you go. 1 hour to the nearest Costco. No local markets to get foodI would rather be in Summerlin or Henderson.
Hi Lauren. ive been watching your videos. how are the renovation cost compare to Los angeles? Say a kitchen do over?
also whats a good neighborhood you recommend for work from home people in las vegas?

Hi Lauren, I have a more of personal question, do you think Vegas is a decent place to raise children especially teenagers?
