@@WalkingWithPurpose there are a lot of white people living there also , in some cases you get treated better by the locals than black returnees but that can be th same in most African and Caribbean countries we can be tough in our own but just use the usual common sense when anywhere be vigilant and don’t be an easy target for anyone and that applies to everyone no matter your colour

You can budget around D20,000 per month to live comfortably especially if you have your own place already. You may not spend that much even.

White people are in Gambia all year long they seem to have a great experience as most things are catered to them as a part of tourism.
