- A little video I made of 076, 793, and 073/863/835/811 collecting all of the drivers' least favorite carts in my area.
Thanks to the drivers for not complaining about my filming
Very cool video! Some of these carts were really beat up! I liked how the drivers turned the cart to the side and picked it up that way so the grippers wouldn't get stuck inside. Great job!

there are so many broken recycling carts because the last time they did a rollout was back in 1997... when they first introduced recycling carts in my area. They did a green and black rollout in '09
First clip is still one of the most epic things caught on film haha Enjoy watching this video even to this day!

there really are only like 7 broken cans in my neighborhood at the moment. The ottos at 0:51 and 1:12 are the same cart, the ottos from 1:26 to 3:08 are all the same cart, and the rehrigs from 3:54 to 5:14 are all the same cart.
if they end up in the green waste, no, if they end up in the trash, no, if they end up in the recycling or the cart truck then yes.

you know it's funny, that driver drops brand new carts in on accident incessantly, but I've never seen one of these broken ones go in. and every time he drops one in it's always on his last street and he never manually packs and he always has to come back just for that street cause his truck "fills up"

a lot of residents just don't care about their trash carts. I think they should do a rollout too, especially since they can replace half of them for free, but apparently their are so many new carts they don't think it's worth it to replace all of them. That's BS though, literally 60% of the carts in my area are over 6 years old...

If I was driving the truck and the bin was completely destroyed I would let go when it’s at the top and let it fall in then contact the rest of the crew to bring a new one

Really nice job on this video I was hilarious wen he ran over the Rehrig how come they don’t just hoper the broken Recycle carts it seems they create a lot of problems for the drives do they Recycle carts that people return to the city?

well its safe to say that first otto isnt going to see much more use.. lol you should tell your driver to do what most of the other guys do.. throw broken carts in the hopper as they break. Makes for some good manual packing clips as well lol
